The joke is a poker card game joke.
A royal flush is the unbeatable hand cos it carries five cards of numerical order in a straight flush which are the 'ace of spade,king,queen,jack and a ten of suit'.
Nothing can beat that.
While a pair is just two cards of matching ranks while is far lower than a royal flush.
Diana is royalty, and she used Perrier water which is one of the highest and most expensive grade of table water to "flush her minge" giving herself a royal flush which is superior to just the pair shown by dolly parton.
English humor is entertaining but you have to know the context of what they are coming from.
It's just like you telling a "warri joke" to an Aussie and expect him to laugh.
If he is someone that has no knowledge of how Nigerian jokes operate, he is just gonna look blank.
