Here is what the constitution says :

"A person shall be qualified for election to the Office of President if: (a) He is a citizen of Nigeria by birth; (b) He has attained the age of forty years; (c) He is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party; and (d) He has been educated up to at least SCHOOL CERTIFICATE LEVEL OR ITS EQUIVALENT (emphasis mine)." - Section 131 of the 1999 constitution

If Buhari sat for WASSCE or whatever it was known back as long as it is up to School Certificate Level or its equivalent he is qualified.

I'm not a Buhari follower neither am I an Atiku's. These two are incapable and not qualified (if proven) of leading a Nation of young men and women to a Nigeria of the 21st century.

I just hate this idea of jungle justice...Those involved in it are worst than the accused, how will a sane person/s burn someone to death, insert pepper into their private part or do as it pleases them?The Nigerian government should do something about this jingle justice or whatever is called cos lots of innocent people are being victimized.
