Hello Guys.

This will be the first time I'll be asking for relationship advice on here since I've been on Nairaland

I've been dating this girl for some months now,I really love her a lot but she has some issues

Lemme explain, when we started dating she was the perfect girl until after about a month, I noticed any time she was with my phone she would go through my WhatsApp. Any time I confront her about it she'll accuse of me of cheating and hiding things from her and because of the that we had a big fight, I tried calling her to apologize but she avoided my calls,it was not until she got into a fight with one of her friends because she was checking his WhatsApp that she apologized and we settled.
Now to the latest,I observed that she loved reporting every little issue we have to my friends,which I don't like (I like my privacy) she actually reported our relationship to a friend of mine who I'm not in talking terms with, in the course of the guy trying to intervene, he insulted me so much, he called me a liar so many times and I couldn't do anything cos my girlfriend was the one who involved him. After the chat I got in touch with my girlfriend and told her politely that I didn't like the way she carried our relationship issues to my friends, that my friends' girlfriends never reported their issues to me they way she did to them and she exploded, she called names,she started crying saying I should give her space because I'm making her regret getting into the relationship. Now she hasn't answered my calls since then.
She doesn't respect me at all,she makes me feel as if I'm maltreating her, she doesnt take anything i say and does anything she sees fit. please should I continue with the relationship or not.

PS: she's the only daughter of her family, could it be the reason she acts like this?

There are lots of things that people do to hurt another. The christian leaders preach that we Should always forgiven and forget. In my own case I easily forgive but I don't forget whatever you have done either to hurt or to impress me.

Does the fact that I don't forget mean I have not forgiven the person that hurt me.

Is it even possible to forget?

According to report shared by a Facebook user,the 14-year-old pupil pictured below was on Monday crushed to death by a fast-moving vehicle while being chased by a masquerader, popularly known as okorosha, at Ogbaku, in the Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.

The deceased was on his way to school when he saw the masquerade and took to his heel while the masquerader capitalised on his fright and chased him till he ran into the path of the vehicle on the Onitsha-Owerri Road, a few metres from a police division in the area.After the incident, the masquerader was said to have mixed with other masqueraders, leaving the boy in a pool of blood.The incident happened around 9am.

As a man, you need to act as a man,and I'd be listing out things men do that can mess up their marriage

1. Putting your wife in a jealous position.

We can't dispute the fact that this happens alot and as a man,I really don't know why we do this,but its a big threat to our marriage though.

2. Not balancing the likes of your wife and yours.

A marriage that's even 10years would crash for this if a man wants his will to top the list every time, well your wife is human,give her the chance to make a decision with what she likes too,and support what she likes,nobody will die if you two are team workers like that.

3.Shouting on your woman.

This is one hell of a big deal,its wring to shout on anyone even a 2y/o, its so wring and scary,because we are humans and we get scared when voices are raised on us,and when we are scared,we'd avoid the person one way or the other or just watch it beside the person and for someone that's married! That's just not too bad.

4.Correcting her in front of the children


5 Not having her time every time.

It's really good to make out time for your marriage and just chill out with the love of your life,the age of the marriage doesn't matter, she's your wife, not your sister,because your sister would understand you and probably not bother because she has other engagements with her friends,but your wife should be queen like that.

Hi, please I need honest and mature contribution on this matter. I love my wife so much, and I don't want to have a failed marriage, not so early.

My marriage is only 18months old. This is my wife's first Pregnancy, but I am having serious concerns about the paternity of the baby.

I trust(ed) my wife with all my heart and soul. She was away on a Job training for 6 months. The training finished on May 19th and we made love same day. She told me she last saw her period in May 16th so we both assumed she was in her safe period by May 19th before we made love. Actually we didn't want pregnancy or a baby yet because we are strained by resources for now.

My wife started complaining of strong tummy pain, plus her period hadn't shown up by June 12, so we went for a Pregnancy test and she was confirmed Pregnant. In fact the Lab attendant told me she is very pregnant. Days after I went through her chat while she was asleep and came across her chat with some guy, the chat was very suspicious. Actually the said guy is a Gynecologist, so she had told him she was Pregnant immediately after the test so as to get medical advice. In this chat the guy called my wife "luv", "dearie", talked about she visiting him, and my wife's response was to play along. At some point she even said she can't wait to visit the guy. The height of it was when the guy asked "how is our baby doing?"

I could not control my emotions after reading their chat, so I confronted my wife. She claim the guy was her best friend, that they met at her training. Actually she has always freely spoken to the guy via phone in my presence before this event so I had no suspicions until I read their chat. We quarrelled and she cried and cried swearing that she has never been with any man but me. She said she was heart broken I am doubting the paternity of her Pregnancy.

On June 26th, we were at the hospital for ultrasound scan and medical check up. The Ultra sound scan report says the pregnancy was 7weeks and 6days on June 26th. Now remember we first met on May 19th after about 6 months, also remember May 19th was three days after her period ended, she was supposed to be in her safe period. Now Let's assume she conceived on May 19th, between May 19th and June 26th is not upto 7weeks and 6days. Again I confronted her with these facts and she's been very emotional, she threatened that we must do paternity test after the baby is born to prove me wrong, she also warned that she will make my life hell after that test for doubting her faithfulness to me.

Please I don't know what to do next, my doubt is not fading because the numbers and events don't add up, I need useful suggestions please. Kindly note that I trust and love my wife, a part of me believes the baby is mine, its the maths that don't add up, and her chat with her Gynecologist best friend that keeps fueling my doubt. What is the best way to handle my situation?
