Because someone speaks igbo doesnt mean he is igbo.

A typical example is Oseloka Obaze, the guy is currently running for governor in anambra state. Is he igbo? We know he isnt but he speaks igbo.

There are several igbos that speaks hausa or yoruba, does it mean that the are from there.
