The managing director of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), Uchechi Orji has been re-appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari for another term of five years.

According to the statement, Orji, who has been serving in that position since October 2012 for an initial term of five years, renewable for another term of five years, was reappointed by the president following his achievement at the government agency.

Femi Adesina stated that under Orji’s leadership, the NSIA had made remarkable strides, and its assets now stand at over $2 billion, which is invested in Nigerian Infrastructure, Economic Stabilization and Future Generation Funds.
