Read and understand... The generator is to power the building of the facility. When its built d gas will then take over

There are motorized plug_in gas turbine units and besides the idea behind the suggestion of gas engine or gas turbine is based on the fuel source which is abundantly available at the gas plant.

On your mention concerning gas units taking over after the plant is built perhaps you should read the write up once again....I have simplified it by bolding the kind of power plant they intend to use when the plant comes on stream and they are all diesel powered.
