This is what happens when there are no consequences for wrong actions against the state by political office holders

If there's a law that states that you cannot hold a state to ransom irrespective of your position, maybe 80% of our struggles for no dey at all

What is shocking is that some Nigerians want another new government come 2027.

A new government will come with another set of new policies and may abandon some of the transformational policies of the current government.

A new government will set this country back so many years as it tries to introduce its own policies.

The current government has only been in office for just 2 years, and made so many changes which are changing the structure of our economy for good.

These changes need to be in place for at least several years for it to become irreversible and set us up for a new level of future prosperity.

Nigeria is advancing.

Stop judging the success of a government by how much a Congo of garri or rice costs.

Smh.
There's nothing transformational here

What is the percentage of rich that pays luxury taxes?

I'm going to disagree with these GAC of a thing for the first time. So GAC must be consulted before lawmakers change their leadership. What kind of rubbish statement is this man uttering from his mouth? If he's talking about the party, we understand but bringing an unknown and rubbish GAC to decide for the lawmakers is honestly a total rubbish.
No need to disagree, you guys made them your lord right from time

Georgry:
grin

Been thinking about that too but I think the Supreme Court has not issued a judgement on whether they left the PDP or not.

However I think there is a well laid out process of leaving a political party which starts directly at the ward level, they didn't resign their membership at the ward level and at no time have they obtain a membership card from any other political party, the mere fact that they swore an affidavit doesn't make it true.

However I'm sure this exposes this people to Perjury, and in a serious country those people should be prosecuted, you can't knowingly give a wrong information to the court, it's a criminal offence.
The thing wey dey pain me the most is that for selfish reasons, some people just dey jeopardize the future of Nigeria

So many conflicts for a country that needs all attention on critical issues are lingering

Let's see where this leads us
Politics › Re: Supreme Court Sacks Rivers State Local Government Chairmen by ambale(m): 1:13pm On Feb 28, 2025
It is disturbing the rate at which courts are getting involved in political matters

It's almost like that's the only thing they do over there these days

Human rights are being violated daily, no court declaration against that but once Mr A feels he's not getting what he deserved laidis, the next thing na court straight

And those ones too will only align with the highest bidder

Anyone who has contrary opinions should come to the assembly plenary and make this known.

You can take a rest if you are tired of doing your job.

Obviously, Obasa remover was without President Tinubu’s approval. Who is behind this coup on Obasa? Maybe the 2nd in power. Who knows?
So tinubu must approve of it before they can carry out their duties

This your masquerade dancing in the village square, onilu yin wa ni tosi.
Very soon, the mask will be removed and those sponsoring you against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be revealed.

You plotted to remove a whole Speaker while the Speaker and your political Leader, President Bola Tinubu, were away and not even given a chance to defend themselves. If nothing is done to rein you in, one day, we will wake up to read in the newspaper that you have impeached HE Babajide Sanwo-Olu nah.

Nigeria is a big joke

This is what happens when you have a constitution that accepts SSCE testimonial as the basic prerequisite to hold political office

It's easier for rascals to present that and lord over others
