Insomnia is a medical condition simple, you won't find any "spiritual solutions". Find a good neurologist that specializes in sleep and work with them to achieve strategies to improve your sleep quality, it isn't ideal but people do live with insomnia.

Eat well, possibly overfeed your self, go to bed and cover your eyes, or you close your eyes for at the least 15 minutes, Now shut your mind, don’t think of anything, shut every voices of your mind or in your head and keep looking at that dark vacuum, make sure your room is silent with no noise and let these be so for a period of 15 minutes, by the time you open your eyes, you will have spend hours on that bed sound asleep. Try it and thank me later.
