Abia, IMO n anambara are already oil producers(though the FG intentionally avoid much mining in these states based on the usual "pull igbos down". in a confederation, the igbo states will fully go into crude oil production and massively take it to it's peak. Anambara also has the highest gas deposits in Nigeria, untapped....... by proximity with oil communities in Anambra, Enugu has oil as well.........
