Good day guys, going straight to the point, I plan on getting a new phone that I might have to hold on to for the next two years considering the pace at which phones are always released, so I would like you guys to help me make a reasonable decision as I've set my preference on a phone with 8gb ram, having thoroughly combed through the online market, the only reasonable phone with 8GB ram and a price range between 109k and 112k is Oppo A9 (2020), how good is this phone? And what other suggestions can one get around that range and amount.?

Now if you are looking to Abuja i will advise you locate you estate in developing areas of Abuja
reasons are cost of land in town is too much and as such you must have to build a high budget estate, why do do you think new estates are springing up in places like kuje, sabon lugbe, zuba etc
Try to make it affordable to the middle income earners and the payment should be in long term like sat 10 years.
thers id this efab estate at nepa junction in Apo, that estate has been in existence for over 7 years yet one unit hasn't been sold. one unit was going for 270m as at the last time I check and that was like 5 years ago.
generally what am i trying to say:
1.get cheap and authentic lands ( make sure you confirm all from the necessary bodies)
2.develop it (make sure it has all amenities)
3.aggressively market it
4.sell long term
i know an estate that sells 4bed duplex with bq for 45m and you have a 10 years payment plan. it makes buying convenient for more people
