Such tvs can only work with antennas and you'll get GOtv or startimes and mostly encrypted/locked/scrambled.

How come you're able to view the channels? I have a tv that receives digital signals (DVB T/T2), after searching for channels I get all these channels (more than 200) but they're all locked. I can't view them

DvbT can only get terrestrial channels like gotv or startimes terrestrial channels which are locked.
Dvbs/dvbs2 compliant tv is what you need to get satellite TV channels and you must use a dish with it.

When you're doing double lnb, it is reversed. When you need to tilt your dish up from your position to get a particular sat, you attach the secondary lnb below to get it.
Modified: I actually thought he was talking about about the new mytv position. Sorry.

Sincerely I think Lagos state government beats about the bush with this containment issue.

Everywhere you go, you find cars, buses, kekes and bikes going about as if nothing is happening. Policemen and members of the Lagos state neighbourhood security people are out there using "we dey here" to collect money from them all and letting them move on.

People do not care about social distancing. Literates and illiterates alike mock those who wear masks and hand gloves, claiming "nothing dey happen".

Check out how Anambra and Ebonyi states are tackling the issue and offenders. Lagos state government should seriously tackle offenders and ensure that safety measures are adhered to.

A general opinion is that the north would be the worst affected because of their beliefs and poverty. We should note that Lagos suffers also from the mental poverty of a lot of the people. With corvid 19 gradually getting into comnunities now how can people who live in densely populated areas and those in face me I face you be managed?

The illegal hospitals should be shut down and their staff arrested totally as they bring confusion into the system. Unfortunately this will not be done as such big hospitals are owned by their friends, patrons or political associates. Those are the hospitals of the big men in Nigeria. If the hospitals mentioned were in Ajegunle, Bariga or Okokomaiko, their MDs would have been arrested and the places permanently closed down.

It does not end with providing food and respirators, etc, government must go out there and deal squarely with this matter, otherwise just like the north, Lagos sits on a keg of gun powder in this matter.

The stations are not encrypted in BISS. You might need to get the official decoder/smart card to be able to watch them.
