Kamaye:True. But newer versions of the doogee 550 are manufactured with 4.4. There has even been OTA update for those who bought prior to the new batches. Personally, I think that phone dusts both the injoo i2s and the infinix zero, specs-wise. |
The doogee dagger 550 is the surest bet. You can google the specs & reviews. Excellent camera, quality display & very thin. 6.5mm. |

DNDROID:Well, better is relative to what an individual wants. Some make choices based on aesthetics, others function & some others, price. The idea is to go for the one with a little bit of everything at the best price. The 5.5mm is an advantage because it makes the doogee more appealing to the eyes at first glance. It also makes it less bulkier. Portability is a factor otherwise we'll all be walking about with our laptops bar phone calls. The doogee 580 also has the One Glass Solution and the Full Lamination Technology. It is also amongst the first phones to come with Hotknot technology which is like the NFC in Samsung phones but even better. It allows data of up to 75mb/s to be exchanged between phones by simply touching their screens together. This is the idea behind the name KISSME. It also has lovely sensor features like receiving a call by merely flicking your hand over the screen or bringing closer to your ear. You can also bring the screen to life by tapping twice on the home button instead of pressing the power botton, these amongst other functions. Your argument about the iPhone 6 not being 4mm is also flawed because apple is a big company with diverse range of products. Their ipad air series also hold the record for being one of the slimmest tablets. Finally, the doogee is a much bigger company than the injoo with a greater market coverage in different countries. This may not necessarily have anything to do with the quality but then again, it counts. I must also end by saying even though I've known about the doogee company for a while now, I never heard about the 580 until EMMAACHILE mentioned it on this thread. Then I did my research on google and on YouTube. I'm all for people making maximum use of their money. Gracias. |
DNDROID:Calm down. Keep your cap on, Mr. Since none of us here works for either injoo nor doogee, what's the fuss for? Blind fanboyism can be dangerous you know. No one is doubting the goodness of the injoo but opening our eyes to other phones with similar specs in the same category is not a bad thing. You sound pathetic insinuating that the 5.5mm of the doogee 580 is a disadvantage. The world's thinnest phone gionee 5.5s has the same width at almost 3 times the price. The doogee is a good phone at it's price #20,200 and so is the injoo. The idea is for people to make their choices amongst various options. |
