The interviewer asked point blank on when Buhari was going to persecute the nine people named in the amnesty report. What an affront. He even said John Kerry said Nigerian soldiers do not respect human rights, implying that the President should take decisions based on his verdict. Buhari is not a puppet, and we all know investigations are going on, at our own pace. Just yesterday, a brigadier-general was dismissed and sentenced to jail. You can bet that there would be more but it wouldn't be because amnesty international or John Kerry said so.

PUBLIC domain? You expect a President of a sovereign state like Nigeria to try it's army generals based on reports on the Internet? Were you dropped on your head as a child? It's in the "Public Domain" that Jonathan is irredeemably corrupt, going by your logic, he should be cooling off in jail by now.

You are obviously not smart if you fail to see the correlation between boko haram and sharia. It is known that boko haram are supposedly fighting to impose sharia. The President is a Muslim who's views on his religious beliefs should be respected. Boko haram are clearly not Muslims and the President is not considering imposing sharia on Nigerians. What part of his reply was dishonest?

In my opinion, there was nothing wrong in the President's replies. He was clearly assertive in his demeanor and only admonished the journalist to desist from interrupting him as they are wont to do. I will give the President a 75% rating.
