olayinka63:Thanks for your matured response. Saying islam pave way to terrorism can be taken in 2 ways. You asked why are those Islamic scholars who have mastered the teachings of muhammad to the peak not all terrorist and you refuse to bring those that scrap through the teachings of muhammad. Those that do not understand it perfectly. Those are the Islamic extremist we talk about. Those are the terrorist. Islam teachings is in such a way dat if you mismisunderstood it, you can became a something else. Unlike other religions. |
When i heard of this boko haram twitter account, i went straight to it's followers. And behold more than 95% of them are those with mulims names. It seems like they are totally in support of this dangerous sact. How on earth will someone follow such a barbaric organisation on twitter. All muslims might not be terrorist, but must terrorists are muslims. Their religion and teachings easily pave way to that. May God help us all. |
ShakurM:Why are you guys contradicting yourself. APC shouts at their peak that they are all about correcting PDP wrongs. You guys claims that you are the messiah. Then, why on earth are you using #GEJ not attending last presidential election debate as an excuse. Aren't APC all about change Is this how you guys are going to change Nigeria for the better. Accept it that APC greatest mistake was voting an illiterate gran pa buhari to be their presidential candidate. #failbuhari 14 is going to be disastrous for them. |
Just imagine a scenario where buhari is called upon to give a speech in a UN conference. #lol. |
***Muhammadu Buhari Legacy In Biafra-land**** 1. Dr. Alex Ekwueme - Buhari the coupist overthrew the government of Alhaji Shehu Shagari citing corruption as the reason. Surprisingly, Buhari threw Ekwueme- the then VP into Kirikiri maximum prison but left Shagari - the president in his palace. If Buhari truly overthrew that government because of corruption, Shagari was supposed to be jailed too. To make matter worse, Ekwueme was tried under military tribunal and he was not found wanting. Buhari ordered for him to be retried and nothing was found. Buhari ordered for the third time, the trying judge declared that Ekwueme was richer before he joined government than now. That is not the end, all these while Ekeueme - a common VP was been tried, while Shagari - the president was left alone in his palace. Buhari never asked him any question regarding corruption not to talk of trying him under military tribunal. Why? Because Shagari is a Fulani like Buhari and deserves sympathy and protection, but Ekwueme is Igbo and deserves to die even when he never committed any crime. Buhari is a FRAUD! 2. Dr. Sam Mbakwe - He was the best governor in the history of Igboland. His achievements are still there till today for all to see and no governor after him, has come close in terms of developing Igboland. Buhari jailed him for 100 years. He didn't commit any crime...his only crime was that he concentrated in developing his region and for that Buhari jailed him. 3. Chief Jim Nwobodo -He was jailed by Buhari for 75 years for committing no crime. No court convicted him, no evidence till today has shown the crime he committed, but Buhari - the coupist jailed him for 75 years! 4. Dim Emeka Ojukwu - He returned to Nigeria with great fanfare as the Peoples general during Shaagari's regime. When Buhari took over via coup, he arrested and detained him for 8 months for being more popular than him. He didn't commit any crime and nothing has shown why Buhari arrested and detained him for 8 months! Pls, if you know of any other Buhari's legacy in Igoland, do call my attention to it. In the absence of that, any Igbo that wastes his vote on Buhari is urinating on the heads of these GREAT IGBO HEROES. Such person would be considered as a first class EFULEFUL - a born throwaway!. Buhari is parochial, highly bigoted, incompetent, weak on policy, economics and administration; is anti-democratic, anti-freedom and openness, and does not have the intellectual ability to manage today's Nigeria. His yesterday's record is an archive of dismal failures: Economic failure, civil liberties failure, religious freedom failure, media freedom failure, anti corruption failure, infrastructure failure, productivity failure, Healthcare delivery failure, and failure of Buhari as a leader, which was why it was easy for his men to initiate a coup against his illegal government back in the days and to crown it all, he cannot find his certificate - his personal property!. How can such a man manage Nigeria in this Digital Age?. Buhari as president is like a blind man leading those with eyes! |
On what base should this hit front page. How did the administrator authenticate this story. How are we even sure that the guy there is a Nigerian? The admin that put this to front page should be questioned. This admin have compromise his/her self. If apc like ooo, make them say na pdp kill jesus, i will still vote for Jonathan. #Gej. |
midolian:Don't try it bro. If you do, you are surely going to sleep forever because that day will never come. |

CaptainAmerica1:"An attack on boko haram, is an attack on the north" grand pa buhari. I believe that should answer your question. |
blackCITIZEN:Do you vote because of the party involves and not for personality? if so bro, you need Change.. stop preaching of change and first of all change your reasoning. I will vote for buhari if i think he is more capable enough to lead Nigeria than GEJ. I don't vote for party, i vote for personality. |
blackCITIZEN:We all need something positively different from this current administration. But the problem is WHO will bring the transformation we deserved. Is it Buhari? #Lol grand pa will bring change, but it will surely be regressive change, it will be backwardness. nigeria needs transformation not change. Let's keep calm and support Jonathan. |
None of APC members have been reported being trapped or attacked by boko haram. Am i even expecting that to happen, both APC members and boko haram have the same mentor/master in buhari. #teamGej |
shachris:Kee nti nke oma, newton kwuru si, " in every action there's equal and opposite reaction". Suggesting that igbos should form allegiance with the hausa is like mocking us. How can you even think of that. Hausa's do not, have never and will never have igbo's interest at heart. How can you forget so soon what they did to our(if you are from igbo) fathers. How can you forget what they are doing to our brothers in the north. Stop mocking igbos with this your laughable suggestions. |
shachris:Ka amadioha gbajie gi olu ebe'a. We igbos should form allegiance with ndi ugwu. I highly doubt if igbo blood flows in you. Onye ara. |

I can't believe some peeps are dumb enough to buy this fake, make up figure. Come to the east and ask around, u will see that the east detest buhari. he will be lucky to get up to 2% vote from the east. a real igbo man with an igbo blood flowing down his vein will never vote for this islamic eaten hypocrite. i have been a long time PDP hater, i wanted them to be over thrown. when apc was formed, i embrased them, i thought they are the "positive" change we crave for. i carefully and thoroughly examined apc base on their activities since it was formed, i found out that, yes the will bring change, but it will backward, it will be negative change. don't be fooled by their slogan. APC have successfully make me to love PDP, a party i once hate with passion. |
IN 2001 at an Islamic seminar in Kaduna, Buhari was given an opportunity to choose between Nigeria’s secularism and fundamentalist Islam, this is what he said; “I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the Sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria”, he then added that; “God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the total implementation of the Sharia in the country”.Buhari an advocate of sharia was chosen to address that seminar in Kaduna because of his advocacy and he did not disappoint because he is one of the boardroom voices of Sharia. The boardroom advocates emboldened the weak minded and impressionable youths and female suicide bombers. Those who prepare such extremist point to such “moral exemplars” that dying for Sharia is a worthy cause. It does not matter if one is campaigning by selling democracy to unsuspecting non-Muslims like a salesman selling snake-oil, they all have a common goal but different modus operandi. The boardroom voices, the elite prepare breeding ground for the field-soldiers, they prepare the ideological diet upon which the adherents feed. Today many Nigerians are concerned that our society has degenerated to a point where people wake up on a particular day and go to public places like a market to kill their neighbours with bombs. But these bombers did not just wake up one day to take such a fatalistic decision. The suicide bomber dies for a cause after a lengthy ideological and psychological diet . A cause he or she has been made to believe to be a worthy cause, It is immaterial that the suicide bomber has chosen a course of action different from the other advocates of the cause, but they have similar objectives, to spread Sharia to every corner of Nigeria, and in that goal, Boko Haram and other fundamentalists have many elite who have created a breeding ground for their actions in Nigeria. Other elite voice who have helped to ensure the social and political mobilization against Nigeria’s secular status, and who create a breeding ground for groups like Boko Haram include, former governor Kure of Kaduna state who was also in the same Kaduna seminar with Buhari. At the aforementioned seminar, the then Governor Kure urged all council members to ensure that the Nigerian constitution was “upgraded” in all states to ensure that the basic objectives of the Sharia legal code was achieved all over Nigeria. He gained the support of other elite such as former minister of Agriculture, Alhaji Sani Zango Daura, as well as emir of Suleja, Alhaji Awwal Ibrahim, who refused to pay a condolence visit to the Suleja church that was bombed by Boko Haram on a Christmas day until political pressure was put on him. These boardroom voices of sharia have not concealed their position. It is only other Nigerians who have tried to polish their position to make it an acceptable perception for political convenience, but the advocates for the spread of sharia to every facet of Nigerian life have never disguise their goal. For instance, a very notable advocate of Sharia, Senator Sani Yerima, former governor of Zamfara state, robustly defended his advocacy and had the support of several other elite with similar conviction in the Senate when the status of women was being debated. To make his sharia values clear, Yerima who had earlier defended his marriage to a 13 year old in contradiction of Section 21 of the Child Welfare Act told the Senate that, when a woman is married at whatever age even at 11years, she instantaneously reaches the full age of adulthood. This is not very different from recent laws purveyed by ISIL which justified enslavement of girls, including their defilement if they are non-Muslim captives. This is the type of ideological commitment that Buhari will bring to the presidency if voted in. It is quite easy to state on television and radio interviews that he is bound by Nigerian laws as if its only when he occupies the office of the presidency that he will be bound by the law of the land. When he becomes head of state who will be there at those quite moments when this values influence his decisions on official matters? He has made his ideological position quite clear when he stated in the Kaduna seminar that the spread of Sharia is ‘’a legal responsibility which God has given us, within the context of one Nigeria to continue to uphold the practice of Sharia wholeheartedly and to educate non-Muslims, what remains for muslims in Nigeria is for them to redouble their efforts, educate muslims on the need to promote the full implementation of sharia law”Buhari has made his advocacy for sharia clear, those who wish to vote him to power can either accept it or pretend that it does not matter, just as those who said naively that Yerima was harmless later expresed shock when he eventually stopped the Senate from reviewing our laws on the legal age of a woman and we are today stuck with his sharia version. As Boko Haram has demonstrated viciousness, so shall we will come to find that Buhari, a promoter and advocate of Sharia as president of the federal government of Nigeria would direct the thinking of his adherents and their attitude to governance. This would spell doom for all non muslims in Nigeria that Gen.Buhari said should be educated to accept and embrace sharia now being enforced by Boko Haram through violence and killings. |
The Igbos of the five states of the South East geo-political zone topped the list of supporters who donated N54 million to the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Muhammadu Buhari, the zonal chapter of the party has said. Mr. Buhari, a former head of state, who is popularly called “GMB” announced on Tuesday that he had so far received N54 million from Nigerians to prosecute his campaign for the February election. In a statement by its spokesperson, Osita Okechukwu, on Wednesday, the party expressed gratitude to the Igbos for topping the list of donors to the Buhari Support Organization Campaign Fund. It did not, however, disclose the names of the donors in the statement. It said the donations were the peoples’ contribution to the APC flag bearer’s quest to salvage the country from dangerous slide into a failed state. “We are happy to announce that when the managers of the First Bank of Nigeria warehoused fund unveiled N54 million so far realized, Ndigbo topped the list of the highest donors; a unique account that has GMB as the only signatory,” the statement said. “By topping the donor list, Ndigbo has graciously demonstrated that the celestial bond between GMB and the Nigerian Masses and the Middle Class is Pan-Nigeria and not sectional as insinuated.” The party explained that the Buhari Campaign Support Fund has Mr. Buhari as the sole signatory for transparency purposes, and said the effort is to assist the former military ruler prosecute his presidential campaign because he “refused to enrich himself while in office”. “The South East APC salutes our people who embrace the Buhari-Bandwagon-Vehicle for Salvation; for it is our candid opinion that it is less than wise for the hard working and enterprising Ndigbo to, election after election, put all our eggs in one basket,” the party said. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/173761-igbos-top-list-donors-buhari-apc.html |
22 REASONS WHY BUHARI CAN NEVER RULE NIGERIA Originally By: Kekere ekun and Co. In my books, Buhari is a pretentious anti-corruption fighter. The trajectory of a man's journey in public life matters. For the follwoing reasons I can not vote for Buhari 1. He is an oligarch who does not believe in equality before the law. The way he jailed Lateef Jakande, Jim Nwobodo, Ambrose Ali, Pa Adekunle Ajasin, Chief Ayo Ojewumi on cases that had no foundation and allowed Awwal Ibrahim, the then Niger State governor, who was arrested in Heathrow Airport in London with 14 million pounds sterling and several millions of Niara and dollars to be under house arrest is my evidence. He also allowed Shehu Kangiwa, Sokoto State Governor who conducted and supervised the famous Bakolori Massacre of poor peasant farmers whose land were appropriated without compesation to remain under house arrest. 1(a) Ayo Ojewumi became blind as a result of his imprisonment over false charges and died shortly after. 1 (b) Prof. Ambrose Alli also became blind as a result of this false imprisonment. When he died, he had only one undeveloped plot of land to his name. 1© Pa Adekule Ajasin was never the same after his eventual release and remained sickly for the rest of his life. Whe he died, he never had any property anywhere in the world except the one he had built from his sweat as long term teacher and school principal in Owo township. 2. He put in place a retroactive law that killed three men, innocent men in my book, by public execution. He left untouched an alleged well known drug baron in Ibrahim Babangida who later overthrew his government. 3. He jailed Ndukar Irabor and Tunde Thompson of the Guardian on stories that were factually true under Decree 4. He had told the Nigerian journalists then that it did not matter whether the story reported was true or not, if his regime did not like it, the writer would go to jail. 4. He supervised the smuggling of 53 suitcases filled with cash througth the MMA against the protests of General Tunde Idiagbon and ironically, Abubakar Atiku, the then Director General of the Customs who later became the Vice President and a compromised politician himself. This smuggling of the suit cases were supervised by his ADC, Col. Mustapha Jokolo. 5. He jailed Fela Anikulapo -Kuti on trumped up charges under emergency law which prompted the sentencing judge to confess that he was ordered to do so and apologised to the late musician. It was Buhari's administration that said it has "decided to deal with this Fela problem once and for all." 6. He convinced all the northern political leaders against allowing the National Identity Card program because according to him, this would unravel the myth of Northern population majority 7. He is an Islamic fundamentalist, the Bin Laden of Nigeria, who told his northern followers never to vote for anyone who was not a muslim. 8. He is a coup plotter. 9. He has never been able to account to Nigerians what he did with the 20 billion Naira of the Petroleum Trust Fund of which he was the chairman under Sani Abacha. 9(a) He has not been able to point to any project that he prosecuted outside the Northern Nigeria with the so-caled trust fund. 10. He was in full support of all the atrocities of Sani Abacha against the Nigerian people. There is no single record of his criticism of Sani Abacha during those dark days when Nigeria was on precipice. It shows that he is a patriot of convenience and as such unfit to lead the country. 11. Buhari, as part of his tribalistic practices placed President Shagari under house arrest inside a palatia mansion in Ikoyi while he locked up Shagari's Vice, Alex Ekwueme in Kirikiri Prison. Shagari is Hausa/Fulani like him while Alex Ekwueme is an Igboman. 12. Ikemba Emeka Ojukwu, another Igboman who returned from 13years exile just a little over a year then was as well locked up in Kiri Kiri Prison by meanhearted Buhari.Up till today we are not told what was Emeka's |
