I contacted RCCG post office. The man at the receiving end told me to send him my tracking details. I did. I then call him hours later to confirm if my orders had arrive at their post office. He kept telling me there's a post office in my area. I should check there. The post office in my area has been renovated to a para-military base for years now.
Is there any other post office near my area( Obafemi Owode Egba, Ogun State) I can check at for my orders?

My other question is how can I contact Aliexpress's support team?

My order that got stuck at 'hand over to airline' since 23rd of May just got 'despatched to overseas country' today. Good news!
The other order that has been on despatched to overseas country since 6th of June is yet to 'Arrive at destination country'.
The last order that has 'arrived at destination country' since 9th of June is yet to get to the local post office nearest to me.
It's a sequential something. Lol

Abeokuta has only one GPO located at Salon but has many POs around (Panseke, UNAAB, Oshiele, Totoro etc.). Tell us where you addressed your package and we might be able to streamline it for you. I'm sorry I didn't include those details. I used zip code 110 instead of 110104. I was told I shouldn't worry about the mistake as my address would be used. I used Obafemi Owode in Ogun State as the Address

So literally, your order that arrived Nigeria on the 7th of June is yet to get delivered to the post office. Which part of Ogun State do you reside in?

The one which was shipped with Cainao's platform arrived destination country 9th of June on track24 while it's still on despatched to overseas on aliexpress's tracking platform. I haven't receive any call or message from the post office. The nearest post office to my address has been renovated to a civil defense training ground.
The other two has been on 'handover to airline' since 23rd of May. The expected delivery date for all three orders was 5th- 20th of June.

When he is called by the PO he should check the one closest to him
you should check yours too, in case it was shipped to you.. i think he will have to come over to you cus they might request his ID. like they do here in ABK

But it's most likely they will follow address and not zip code

Have u checked other tracking sites? Like track 17, global cainiao? If they said arrived at destination country, if u stay outside of lagos in d next 1-2 weeks, u'll get a call from the p.o.
and bruh how long did it take to arrive?

It shows delivered to destination country on all except aliexpress's own tracking platform. I should be expecting a message. My other orders are yet to change from handed over to airline, and all three were ordered same day. This particular one took about 32 days. It's was shipped through cainiao post. While the other two was aliexpress's standard shipping.

You follow the two info. The delivery date (purchase protection) becomes more vital when it is ending and your item seems evasive.



Your zip code matters. If it's put as part of the address, the post office knows best to deliver it to the functional post office that is nearest the destination address, strenghtened more/made easier by the presence of the zip code.

When all effort appears fruitless, your phone number is what the postmaster relies on as last effort to deliver the parcel. Is your phone number included in the delivery address?

Yes, I did include my phone number. I noticed I used the prefix of the zip code (110 instead of 110104).

Delivery is done to a post office nearest your zip code, hope you provided the correct information in that aspect.

Bleep! 63 days. The zip I inputted wasn't complete. 110 instead of 110104. What's the implication of that.

I ordered for an item on the 18th of May. The expected delivery date is 5th to 20th of June. The tracking information page hasn't shown delivered yet. The buyer's protection is 90 days. I have about 63 days or so left. Should the delivery date be followed or the buyer's protection period.
Another is that how can I get to know which post office the goods get delivered to cos I don't have any in my area at all. I live in Ogun state. I'll appreciate your quick replies
