Pacesetter123:
Other workplaces do,but those that top the chart are those that do night duty.

.. health workers

.... aviation industry (airport environment)
..... security/uniform organization (police,army, immigration,fire service,etc)
....big broadcasting media houses.

If you have ever worked in those places that have night shift duty for at least 10 yrs, you will know what I am telling you.
The temptation is too strong at night being frequently together with opposite se.x coworkers.
After a night shift one returns home to meet one's spouse. It's not a difficult thing to quench all sexual emotional fires with one's spouse after each night shift.

It's not a difficult situation unless one is weak and is hiding behind their moral failures to blame night shifts.

Why should one be thinking of sex sex sex after a few hours of enjoying with one's spouse? Think of money to feed your children and think about the other pressures of life

lol. You're correct with the ranking. Didn't know about civil servants until I got posted for the first time as a newbie, within a week i was flirting with and bedding the lady i shared an office with. Way older than me 🙃 . Six months later I was posted out sha, and just before then a guy was posted there who happens to come from her place, and their body language suggested she did same with him. She told me how from their conversation she discovered he's married to her childhood friend. A year down the line, We aren't as chummy as we were, but we still jamming. While I was in the same work place with her, I suspected she was/has been passed around, from my observations and by listening to what she wasn't saying.

N/B: she was always telling me of how she's being disturbed by the men in the office and how she doesn't wanna get involved with them.
If you story is true then she is really a weak human.
Not everyone acts that way. Not everyone will act that way. There are many women who get irritated by this kind of stories or by anyone touching their skin aside from their husbands. It's a mindset and it keeps them faithful to their spouses.

It's not even about money because there is always someone richer than one's spouse always. If it's about money or meat or favors, then the entire world would have collapsed on gratifications.

Faithful married women out there are faithful because of either of 2 major reasons.

FEAR OF TRADITION/CULTURE.

FEAR OF RELIGION.

If you take the above 2 off the table, we no get any clean woman again for this life.

WHY DO PEOPLE STILL GET MARRIED NOWADAYS SEF?
Why aren't the unfaithful faithful because of these phobias or societal constructs you listed?

It boils down to self discipline and firm resolve to be chaste and faithful in the midst of all temptations.

That counts .

Almost everyone is rested with money, greed, bribes, sex, drugs and all good things. But we still have many responsible people who don't succumb.
That counts and that is how the world is designed.

There is no human who doesn't face temptations.

People sleeping recklessly with one another in all professions, you only seeing the ones in your own environment and thinking it's the highest.

Have you gone to university community and see how recklessly they sleep with both students, married and unmarried women?

What about film industry? All these upcoming actresses are food to devour.

You can also go to local government as well ,you will think, no other sector can beat them, when it comes to immoral affairs. I know a wife who is leaving with two different men for past 5 years. She works in out-station while husband staying in the capital city, by weekend, she stays with husband, and for work-day, Monday to Friday's morning, she stays in concubine' house.

What about banking sector? Among traders? I will advise you to go and do enquiry about butchers, they sleep with all shades of women, married ones inclusive, even religions' houses are the the worst.

Wherever men and women meet, it's bound to be romantic relationships.king
Just appears everyone here is struggling to beat the other at storytelling with embellishments.

Get a responsible god-fearing spouse and have peace of mind. Whether in the health sector or banking sector or educational sector or the hospitality industry, a reasonable, god-fearing, responsible and intentional spouse will wade through the temptations and intentionally decide to be responsible and faithful to their spouses.

There are many faithful spouses in your offices.

Happy weekend everyone, hope we all are doing fine?, I won’t be long but very concise.
Pls men out there if you know you’re a legit hustler and want the best for yourself, pls do not sleep with any sex worker, (street babe or corporate), wether free sex or monetized sex, it will keep setting you back and end up crumbling your source of livelihood. Be warned! Leave the hooks for the frauds.
Reckless sexual lifestyle is highly condemned by God and our society.

For peace of mind, all sexual relations should be within the confines of marriage.

It could something bad that was said about you or someone else. It could be an evil plan against someone else. It could be a bad gossip about you or someone.
Nothing. Just the noise from my children running up and down or my wife playing music while working.

Either I am sleeping or awake doing something.

Sarcasm. You didn't notice?

ExudeLoveToAll:
Who b ur plug, your highness no be here.

According to Gemini, this is the fact check from the rubbish you posted

The information you've shared contains a mix of extreme misinformation and some elements of current events that are being heavily distorted.
Based on the most reliable reports as of March 1, 2026, here is the factual breakdown of the situation:

1. USS Gerald R. Ford (Not "Kiniko"wink
There is no "USS Gerald Kiniko." You are likely referring to the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78).
The Fact: The ship has not been sunk. It is currently operating in the Eastern Mediterranean as part of "Operation Epic Fury."
The Rumor: While the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed to have struck the USS Abraham Lincoln with missiles today, there is no confirmation from the U.S. Navy or independent sources that any American aircraft carrier has been sunk or even significantly damaged.

2. ICBMs Heading for U.S. Cities
The Fact: There are no confirmed reports of 40 (or any) Iranian ICBMs currently en route to Washington, New York, or California.
The Context: Iran claimed to have tested a long-range missile capable of reaching 10,000 km earlier this year, but experts and the Pentagon have expressed extreme skepticism about their ability to strike the U.S. mainland. A massive launch like the one you described would be detected immediately by global early-warning systems and would be the lead story on every news outlet worldwide.

3. Marine Casualties
The Fact: The U.S. military has confirmed that three service members were killed and five were seriously wounded today.
The Discrepancy: Your source claims "over 200 Marines" were eliminated. This is a massive exaggeration. The confirmed deaths were reportedly ground-based forces in Kuwait, not a mass casualty event on a naval ship.

4. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's Status
This is the most confusing part of the current news cycle.
The Conflict: Iranian state media (Press TV) and several news outlets have reported that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in a joint U.S.-Israeli airstrike in Tehran on February 28/March 1.
The "Faked Death" Theory: There are viral social media posts (including a fake photo from the Sahara Desert) suggesting he is alive and in hiding. However, the Iranian government itself has declared 40 days of mourning, which they would be unlikely to do if it were a ruse to "make America relax."

Hello Nairalanders,

I'm Seun, the founder of Nairaland. Talk to me about what Nairaland is like for you. What's good and what's not so good right now.

I've been more focused on the backend and working on new features. It seems as if the moderation and other issues have fallen behind.

So, talk to me. What should we focus on in order to encourage you to start being more active on Nairaland?

PS: I have people dropping me messages presuming that Nairaland is over. What's that about? huh
Please bring back some of your good past Mods.

Where is Nwamaikpe and Lalaclasticlala?
Some of us have been here since 2007 but hardly comment. I do however enjoy reading other people's comments though. There are so many smart and intelligent contributors here.

Lastly, during the 2023 elections, the site became very toxic, partisan and almost tribalised.

NOT ONLY IS IT ANTI-SEMITIC.

IT IS ANTI-AFRICAN.

"JESUS" IS A EUROPEAN INVENTION.

A FAIRYTALE STORY FOR CHILDREN AND COLONIAL SUBJECTS.
Unfortunately Jesus of Nazareth was a Jew and a native of Asia from the Palestine.

The Europeans were also converted to Christ just like Africans.

It's interesting how potent the power Jesus has to transform sinners to children of God

Christianity EtcRe: "I Agree With The Teachings Of Jesus" World's Richest Man Elon Musk Says(photo) by amoco(m): 5:47am On Feb 26
jesusjnr2020:
Not surprised that it's the same "teachings of Jesus" that I came here preaching as my word, instead of the Bible, which drew the ire and fury of many 'Christians" here, but has continued to distinguish itself from the rest, as it's now being confirmed by others around the world, including some of the most respected preachers of this generation.

Now it seems to be the Words or teachings of Jesus specifically, instead of the Bible, which is drawing the richest and arguably most influential man on earth, to Jesus, yet again proving itself to be the greatest and most powerful tool on earth to win souls to Christ.

It's no surprise it's the teachings of Jesus, that Jesus Himself commanded His disciples to teach all men to observe, not the Bible. Matthew 28:20

Jesus should always know better on how to win souls into His kingdom.

God bless.
I don't think there is need to mix these things up.
What is the difference between the words of Jesus Christ and the Bible?

We believe in the Bible because of Jesus Christ and not in Jesus Christ because of the Bible.

The Bible esp the 4 gospels are simply a sort of histo-biography of Jesus of Nazareth. They record what he said and did. The gospels are true and trustworthy. So it's perfectly okay to say the Bible which records the activities and teachings of Jesus can be studied to meet Jesus and then God through Jesus Christ. So? Yes the Bible documents Jesus' words.

I said I don't believe in gods and this is regardless of whether you think they exist or not...they are meaningless to me. In particular, the ones whose lies people like you slurp up without first demanding evidence of. 🥱🥱

2. Anyway, until you have proof of these haunted houses phenomenon, I suggest you and others like you learn to put a sock in it 🫦 until you have evidence to back up those looney lies at this point in human existence. Your numerous lies have ruined enough lies and deliberated human intelligence long enough. 🥱🥱🥱
Your rant doesn't change a thing.
Always keep your personal opinions to yourself and don't get too emotional often.

Again, no one cares whether you believe in a God or deity or not. You don't have any empirical evidence against the existence of gods or God. You don't .No one has. And you also don't have any empirical evidence against haunted homes. You don't . You can't produce any.

The woman may be wrong. She could be right. You are also right to say this may ruin house values for the owner. You could just stay on that reasonable point and don't ruin it with your dash into religious beliefs of others which are warranted and legitimately justified for them.

Be respectful too when discussing people's mothers.
You could disagree with the mum respectfully and your point will be noted. Disrespect don't add values to discussions or arguments.

Thanks

I don't believe in gods. So, no thanks! 🥱🥱

Na people moms and dads dey there they destroy Nigeria, dey vote nonsense after collecting bribes and satchet of milk. Being someone's mom does not give one right to spew trash about or against others. 🥱🥱
You claiming not to believe in gods or deities don't make any difference to others' beliefs in gods or deities. Not like you have any empirical proof of non existence of gods or the woman's claims.

She may be right. She may be wrong. If she has reasons for her claims and can convincingly back them up, that's fine.

People have experienced haunted homes and legitimately documented their experiences. That may not be the same in this case. But then such claims are valid

Nahunger:
Same thing that came to mind...
It rarely has gear issues.
It's the legs and suspension you should be concerned about. Also ensure regular servicing as the aluminum engine doesn't like overheating.

If the car overheats anytime, just stop and park it. Else some things may melt and damage.

I am about to get my first car. It's in Lagos I am in Rivers State . It's Naija use

My cousin source it for me and he sent a mechanic to go check it out . It's price at 8M.

Before I buy this , what common problems does it have?.
There is nothing wrong with this car.
I have used it for for almost 5 years now, travelled with my family and heavy load 3 times from the North Central to the East and back without any issue.

Common issues: the parts are relatively more expensive than Toyota but are durable when original part is purchased.

The brake will require regular maintenance.

The legs...bushing, camber, tie rods should be checked regularly.

The engine is aluminum. Don't let your oil fall below the gauge and you will be fine.

Strong, fuel efficient, rugged, finer than it's Toyota equivalents, and currently common in many cities
