Well we can't say that categorically because that is the norm with National Assembly such that any Bill that wasn't adopted and passed will never be heard of again unless it is being re-sent or re-sponsored, only Bills passed into Law can be re-visited and amended, so this provision explain the reason behind rushing to pass so many Bills into Law in the last fews days left for them to vacat their seats.
But I still blame GEJ because if he was really sincere, he has after 90 days of non-passage power to append his signature on a Bill into Law if N/A fail over the Bill he sponsored as president but let me be fair to him that for now as I type this I don't know the nitty-gritty of that power and the circumstances he was to apply such power

The GEJ's attempt was already a foregone conclusion when the bill failed during its second reading if i am not mistaken in the era of the 7th National Assembly. So if that dream is to be actualised, then PMB must re-send a new Bill to that effect but would that be possible? When he is still battling with the idea of #5000 monthly stipend for unemployed graduates and the disadvantaged elderly due to economic melt down?

Meaning there is no continuation in Nigeria government

No no no the FG never said anything about increment oo. When diverse groups were clamouring for the scrapping of NYSC program, so the DG now said they are looking forward to modifying it in future by not making it compulsory so as to reduce the Number and thus a possible increment in the allawee. Then when the DG went to visit PMB, Mr president now said he is assuring them of his total support and would never scrap NYSC program. So that was how the rumours of increament began spreading like wild fire

The rumour is not an issue that started during PMB's dispensation but GEJ's own when it was said that a daily feeding allowance of #500 will be included.

What I heard then was that he has approved it and sent to the National Assembly to do the needful which they haven't till now.
