It is possible but not all cases, some soak away has to much curves which later causes blockage, we try as much as possible to install our digester in a very convenient place with lesser curve (s) and since it doesn't consume space and doesn't smell it can be installed anywhere in the compound. If the toilet is at the middle of the house , there is no option than run the pipes through german floor. Then you should be thinking of thick pipe of 3.2mm .

But with the position of the toilet ..no pipe will show since you are doing a conduit system of installation s and not the surface type. The only thing that will show is the Vent cowl at high level

Sir, the pipes not suppose to cross the german floor. The pipes should be run directly to the outside wall as against crossing the german floor. Was thinking maybe the toilet is at the middle of the building

If that is what your engr designed and he instructed the plumber to do I believed he have reason for that.
May be there is no any other alternative way to pass the pipe through.
But if your fear is about breakage during the casting of over-site concrete ( German floor) and tiling work, you don’t need to panic on that bcs the pipe will be berried deep inside the soil

It’s used to boost water pressure, in case you have low water pressure in your building ones you installed the pump you will always have good water pressure in every part of your building.
You can only have pressure of water when there is light.
