Ridge Cap = 70 metres @ 800 = 48000

That is rare and you aren't using a custom theme as well

Are you using a third party font. If yes that is the root of your problem. Get a font from the theme app by changing region to India, select and apply and return back to your country of origin.

Have you tried another technician? Since it is still powering on but stuck on Splash screen (a sign of soft brick), there are two possible solution to your panel. Instead of getting a new board, another technician might be able to:

a) flash the phone. Most likely your current technician could not get it flashed for some reasons.

b) reflow the NAND chip, chipset/processor, RAM then attempt flashing again.

P.S: Be sure that you have an original Infinix and not a clone because if it, most technician will have difficulty flashing it even when the board is okay.

About question 2. Check Jumia for price hint

Sorry about your experience.. don't buy another penal just save up money and get another phone. For 35 - 40k check jumia you will see devices and also infinix has Hot 8 which is stronger and better
