Hmmm...I've been struggling to see the indecent flaunting of bodies and desecration of uniform and I couldn't find any ..am I the the only blind Nigerian or should I just say that Nigerian Immigration is daft ??

The Catholics call it "Divine Mercy" prayers

People say 3AM is the Devil's time, since Christ died in sacrifice at 3PM on that Good Friday, ( Matthew 27 Vs 45: "From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land" ) , and the Devil likes to twist everything God makes, he would choose the opposite time to make his misdeeds. So, some people would wake up at that time to pray, believing that it's more necessary, while others always add that it's the period where there was a Divine interaction between man & God, an ease of passage of Man from physical into supernatural, (In Chris's death), therefore God is usually more accessible at that hour.

Have you ever experienced any of such "effectiveness" in prayers @ this hour??

Hmmm...Prayer is Prayer oh...be it 3am or whatever...
God in His word admonishes us to pray without ceasing..
And come to think of it,if you choose to be praying at 3am and you decide to form a prayer group with a relative staying in America...whose 3am will you use..??**thinking out loud..

I have a young friend of mine who has been masturbating since he was eleven years old and he is going to be twenty this year. His parents are divorced and he does not live with any of them.

We where talking today and he confided in me that he's been masturbating since he was eleven and that he has been struggling to stop out of guilt but he eventually stopped trying ever since he saw that it was almost impossible so he continued.

But I tried to encourage him to stop because I have been there. I started when I was in the university and struggled till 2018 when I eventually got more control. I realized that while I was still a chronic masturbator that I had almost no drive to succeed in anything which affected me a lot because I kept to my self, had no friends, felt guilty, weak and empty but my friend argued that he won't even bother trying because it was just impossible and doctors say it's healthy to masturbate, I argued that those doctors were lying and that it is not Scripturally okay but he also argued that were in the bible is it written? and I couldn't argue more cause I also relapse at times.

So please, that is why I have come here to ask for the advice on how to encourage him to keep on fighting against addiction and what bible verses can I quote for him?

With determination and self discipline,one can break the chains of any kind of addiction..its definitely not that easy and it might not happen abruptly..its a gradual process ...

hmmm!..i did mine this morning.. That test was a bit tough mehn!..i just wished i prepared well..i scored 66%,i just hope they reduce the pass mark...

hmm!,this one that no one is saying anything,does it mean other people were not invited for the test,or they dont just want to help,or people are not much?...where is the love?
