I remember in 2019 when Nigerians were approaching elections, Adams Oshiomole made a statement that he will retire all PDP politicians from politics, everyone present in the stadium all hailed him because my APC brothers fails to realize the fact that power is given by GOD only. I was not surprised when Adams Oshiomole and his NWC were dissolved in a shameful manner days ago, the man who never knew God was in control of the universe had boasted to retire saraki, Atiku and others from politics in 2019. Today as I speak to you, Adams Oshiomole has been sent on political journey of no return, the same Oshiomole was the one who had rigged uncountable numbers of elections in this country, the same Oshiomole who had boasted that no one will remove him as the National Chairman, but he fails to realize that man proposes but God disposes. In fact all that is happening is an assurance that once Obaseki of PDP wins the governorship election in Edo state, Oshiomole will never appear in any political gathering anymore. Oshiomole is never a man of his word, Oshiomole is a man that can trade his integrity for a plate of pepper soup, if not the man who once said Pastor Eze Iyamu poured acidic substance on someone will not suddenly become a saint he is parading. The same Oshiomole openly said Obaseki went to school, did his Masters program in the United State but the fact Obaseki refused to be directed by a godfather made him had no certificate anymore. Oshiomole lacks morals, he is a man of double standard. Oshiomole only wanted to become the political godfather in Edo state just like Tinubu in Lagos but Edo people are showing and will continue to show him that Edo is different from Lagos. Nigerians will now see that any party that is govern by a dictator will always misrule the masses. The same way God shamed king Herod in the Bible, that's the same way God has shamed Oshiomole. I can only appeal to Nigerians not to allow government remain with the APC government, they have shown to us all what they are made of, they have shown to us that they came on board through propaganda but immediately they hijacked the past government, they realize propaganda cannot reshape the economy, they realize that propaganda cannot better the life of common man in Nigeria. Oshiomole will remain a thief any day, any time, remember the say "mallam will always be mallam" either you pronounce it from front or back, that's just the same way the short evil man will remain corrupt. The present ruling party will do nothing meaningful if the likes of Oshiomole is holding their broom. I want to urge all Edo indigenes to resist Oshiomole and his dubious skills during the forth coming election in the state, God has shamed Oshiomole and we Nigerians must shame him as well. Oshiomole has gone on forceful retirement in politics without pension, God has shamed the evil in him, I was surprised yesterday when Oshiomole said he leaves everything to God, you can't leave it to God because He is the one dealing with Oshiomole at the moment. The God that has shamed Oshiomole will not rest until he shames Buhari as well. My message is clear to other politicians that believes power will be with the forever to desist before they are shown the Oshiomole's treatment

Its time to let our Governor here in Ekiti be aware that his sluggishness towards dealing with Fulani herdsmen in our dear state must end,since Dr Kayode Fayemi became our governor in 2018,the Fulani herdsmen started striking at every corner of the state,at least over 10 mortality recorded,over 16 kidnap case also recorded, our governor refused to talk to avoid getting the Abuja powers angry because he is nursing his presidential ambition come 2023. I believe the governor must be aware that charity begins from home,if at this stage you fail to secure Ekiti people of less than 4 million population then we wonder how you will be able to secure the lives and properties of over 200 million people when you finally become the president. Just this evening,a councillor who happens to be an elder brother to me in APC was reportedly shot dead by the Fulani herdsmen in Ekiti, Egbon Tunji Omotosho will forever be missed for his contribution. After he was shot by the kidnappers,the commissioner for agriculture HON FOLORUNSO OLABODE was also kidnapped by the herdsmen and his whereabout is unknown at the moment. Ekiti people must rise up and speak the truth to the hearing of our governor, our governor must act as the chief security officer of the state rather than going to Abuja to lobby his presidential ambition towards 2023.when we lie with dogs,we are most likely to get up with fleas, GOV FAYEMI can't keep treating herdsmen with kid gloves in order to be politically correct and be in Abuja's good books at the expense of our lives,no place is safe anymore in Ekiti. I want oga wale Ojo Lanre and his boys to direct this to the governor.

Further extension of restriction order is not only going to be a violation of our fundamental human right but an open display of wickedness and callousness on the part of government if adequate financial provision isn't made available to the generality of Nigerians to cushion the impact of the outbreak.

If further extended , it cannot be unconnected to the huge financial and material donations enjoy by both the government and individuals saddled with the responsibility of managing such funds . Individuals profiting from corona virus pandemic won't support its cessation.

Accountability and transparency on funds received to fight corona virus pandemic is paramount which demonstrates commitment to best practice in all aspect of good governance.

If our government had fought poverty the way they are fighting COVID 19, Poverty wold have become a thing of the past and or completely reduced to the minimal level.

Any further extension of stay home order without provision is government insensitive to the masses plight and pain.

Thank God ,corona virus is not targeted at only the masses , but human race ,the passive response would win award.

The APC led Federal Government hates the truth, when Prof. Whole Soyinka spoke against Dr. Goodluck Jonathan before the 2015 presidential election, he was hailed and called hero by APC apologist. Now the same Wole Soyinka that was hailed in 2015 is now being ridiculed by the APC government because he spoke truth to them.

The government locked down the poverty capital of the world where more than 60% don't have saving and seek daily food from street hustles. The government went on to say they transfer 20k to five thousand people in Abuja in a 200 million populated country. To which account, 96% of the poorest people don't have an account. What data are you using to solve the paralysis?

Obviously, another means to steal. You are sending army to make sure the lockdown is enforced because China and Italy did it. The only thing your weak brain didn't decipher is that you cannot keep a hungry man locked up. Stay at home is a privilege. Not many have it. Hunger is worse than Coronavirus and probably you will learn it in a harsh way. It will not be more than five days. The hungry will rise in thousands.

As for insulting the Nobel laureate. It is not a surprise. It's already a standard from the propaganda goverment.

Such a reply from Garba Shehu lacks intelligence and respect for a noble prize winner who is respected worldwide. This attitude undermines leadership and sometimes leads to abuse of his bosses from the youths as we’ve seen in recent time. Every Nigerian has the right to speak up on issues while the government have the responsibility of giving them the right answers or reasons for their actions.

Its unfortunate that the man who is more or less the mouth piece of the President should talk down on the person of Professor Soyinka. It belittles the office he represent. Anybody can have descenting view about a policy of the government, I believe there are civilized ways of response and not casting aspersions on the person of the speaker. Hello friends, help me to thank baba God in Heaven, you all can remember I told you yesterday how the Devil raised is ugly head in trying to truncate write-up. To be sincere with you, it was not totally the Devil fault, some of the fault actually came from me, and it was due to the fact that I have been using my phone to write, using my phone to type enables me to send the write-up to my whatsapp contact. I got carried away watching a funny film on DSTV and my phone locked, that was how I lost the write-up but today, I know that the God who I serve will give me the strength and courage to do justice to this topic again.

Many people do complain that no one loves them, it is normal for people to feel that no one is showing love towards them but one thing I will like to point out to people who find themselves in this situation is never to give up but rather to first love themselves when they feel loved by family members, friends and colleagues in their offices. How do you exercise or practice “self love”?, it is not expensive, It is cheap but only if you have time to make yourself happy. When you feel no one love you, please don’t hesitate to show love to yourself. How do you go about showing love to yourself?, you remember I told you that it not expensive to show “self love”. Buy good cloths for yourself, cook good food for yourself and take yourself out on a date and when gossipers come to ask you why you are doing too much for yourself, if you are in a good mood, ask them if they can join you in the fun but if you are not in good mood to reply them, just borrow from the word of the Oba of Lagos that “if they don’t leave you alone to enjoy your money that you will tell them to enter into the Lagoon”.  Loving oneself is different from being arrogant, conceited, or egocentric, meaning instead caring about oneself and taking responsibility for oneself.

He said he bought the house as part of a U.S. government program intended to help those who lost their homes to foreclosures.

Gindelhuber, who has never been to Detroit, thought it would be a good investment as a rental property.

The home ended up not making any money, and he accumulated more than $6,000 in back taxes, something a new owner would have to pay off.



The investment didn't pay off, and Gindelhuber decided to sell. After lowering his PRICE several times, he finally offered to swap it for an iPhone 6. Offers poured in. (Larry Else )

When his tenants left a year ago, the house was taken over by squatters.

All the doors and windows are gone and the inside has suffered major fire damage.

"I didn't want to invest more money in another renovation, and another renovation, and another renovation," said Gindelhuber.

He listed the house through real estate broker Larry Else for $5,000 (all figures US) about four months ago, but got no offers. He dropped the asking PRICE to $3,000 and still had no bidders.

"Last week I told Larry, I want to get rid of the house," he said. "Let's make a kind of exchange, if someone is giving me an iPhone 6 you will get my house."

That's when the bids STARTED pouring in, said Else, who thought the plan was a good idea.

"I've heard from hundreds of people now the listing has gone viral," said Else.

He's now getting calls from other sellers who are willing to make similar trades.


The home was taken over by squatters after the tenants moved out and has suffered fire damage.

"There is somebody who reached out to me now, one of my sellers, who wants to trade a car for their house," Else said.

Meanwhile, Gindelhuber has accepted an offer for the PRICE of the phone, and is waiting for the deal to close.

He said he's happy if the buyers live there for a long time.

"Whenever I'm close to Detroit, I'll drive there and tell the new owner, 'I'm the iPhone 6 guy,'" he said
