I have paid for the verification for the transcript but they are insisting that if they are send a copy of the statement, I have to pay 20k for them to use their email.

I already used hellofax to send a copy to wes. it is this copy that they are asking for verification. I don't understand. This is the screenshot.

Is the verification for the transcript and statement or is it separate? I am told that I need to pay more money for the statement verification.

What this means is that your statement of result that you Sent by yourself and your transcript that your school sent was received. But, they are waiting for the verification of this two documents from your school, so your school need to send both before they can evaluate your result. Your school need to send your statement of result to them to compare it with the one you sent by yourself

Please , do knows how long wes takes in verifying transcripts ? I went to my school the lady incharge told me dat she has sent the verification back to wes on the 19th of june up till now it hasnt reflected on my dash board...

If WES received it takes like 72hours l.e 3 working days for it to reflect on your dashboard. During my own time in just 48hours they updated my dashboard that a new documents was received.

Just enter the year on the certificate there. For instance, from 2009 to 2009. That is what I did and my evaluation is ready

You may have to exercise patient till when they will resend another verification documents at the expiration of the seventh week. The same was applicable to me also, after Uniben said they didn't received the first one they sent, depiste a lot of disturbance on WES, they didn't send another one not until they send the second one which is after the seventh week that they sent the first one

Boss, I applied for evaluation for bsc and msc from Wes. Wes has only sent verification for bsc. I went to the registrars office but they couldn't find the verification for Msc. What do I do?

That means WES has not send your verification for the MSc. So, revert to WES to send another verification for your MSc.

It means there is new of your document(s) that have arrived and is in process of evaluation

Sorry, that is true, as at December 2018 that I did my own there was no dhl, they only have FedEx, UPS and Chase. But, I've the contact for UPS.

I hold a Master's degree from UNIBEN for which I'm in the process of doing an ECA for Canada express entry.

I want to ask what document WES exactly needs to verify from my school. Could it probably be my MSc degree which I will be submitting to them? Or is it a sort of transcript request? I ask this question because people have been talking also about transcript request earlier on on this thread.

Also, I have seen on the https://etx-ng.com website that UNIBEN transcripts can actually be sent directly to WES for the purpose of credential assessment. This kind of leads to another question. If I choose to create my WES account, can I just go ahead and apply for my transcript to get to WES? Or will my fate still depend on my school's response to WES' email request?

Someone please kindly help clear this confusion from my head as I proceed to create my WES account. Thank you all

All you need from Uniben is to apply for your transcript from pg school to be send to WES. Don't apply through ETX-NG they will delay before they will send it, that is the mistake I did when I applied for my own I used ETX-NG and it took them two months before they send it to WES. I advice you to go to school and apply in person or if you have a friend in Benin he can do that for you. If you can sort the people in transcript section, within one week your transcript will be send to WES. The normal fees is around 19k and if you use Wes they charge you 25100naira

You will need to fax your original or statement of degree Result, then you will need to send your SSCE result either WAEC or NECO to WES through WAEC Or NECO office and also you will need to send them scratch card or pin voucher

Call Wes or send them email to explain to them, because that is what happened to me also in Uniben I went to school they search the email of registrar office, academic office and pg school and it yielded no result, I had to email them before they now send another one last two weeks and my school received it which they have responded to WES

Worry not is still undergoing review as soon as they are done your account will be updated that it has been accepted. It will take them like up to 2weeks to do that

I used GCE 2009 also, I wrote from 2009 to 2009, and I didn't have issue with my evaluation cos Wes has accepted the copy of the result sent to them by Waec

Documents required for the confirmation of WAEC result.
1. Two plain foolscap envelopes, one to be address with WES address, including your WES reference number
2.An affidavit sown in a court of law which should contain the following details
a. Candidate's name in full
b. Name of examination
c. Year of examination
3. Two passport photograph, with your name written at the back
4. 10000naira processing fees per result for oversee institution
5. 10000naira courier fees (FEDEX), 9000naira(UPS) and 8500naira (CHASE)
6. Attestation letter to be written on a letter headed paper by clergyman or lawyer, for people using Nov./Dec. result
7. Photocopy of the result
NOTE: Step 2 and 6 can be done very close to Yaba WAEC office for 3k each

Affidavit can be obtain in any high court but the affidavit must contains your full name, the year you sat for the exam and the name of examination. For the attestation it must be written on a letter headed paper by clergyman or in court. But if u find it difficult to do all these, if u get to Yaba WAEC office their a lady doing it close to waec office for like 3k for each

You only need attestation letter if it is Nov. /Dec GCE result, so, attestation letter is not needed for May/June

Your statement of result is accepted by WES, but you have to apply for your transcript from your school to WES

I used GCE also, but, on the name of institution, I wrote the Centre name where I wrote the exam which is written on the original waec result
