OasisX:No be uncle Sege talk say him own don spoil? My neighbor wey dey vex sey i no support him candidate was yet to transfer his card to Abuja d last time I asked him, but him no dey allow me rest for Obi matter. At the end we will hear the usual story of rigging like in 2019 when some where playing football on election day and others queued up to vote |
Im yet to see my brother Sadiq mentioning to me the successes recorded so far against the enemies of the state, is it that you are only delighted when calamity strikes? |
Havertz10:Football is a game of who wants it more and intelligence, if you're not passionate about playing the game and giving your all on the pitch then you wont go far regardless of your talent. Adriano was a beast of a player during his peak but he faded away quickly the moment he lost the fire in him. |

The subtle and mischievous attempt by some to label any Northerner/Muslim who appears to be a bit conservative with mass appeal as a boko haram apologist by some of you down south reeks of dangerous propaganda and Islamophobia, this was said about Buhari and now Shettima is the next to be tagged as what he is not. I hope some of you wont cry foul when the same energy is returned as served? You can take a Kangaroo out of the forests but you cant take the forests out of Kangaroo. The hate is well received and noted |

Seun made two posts about the civil war one asked North to apologize for the pogrom and the other asked well-meaning individuals from the East to apologize for the events of 1966 so that we can chart a way forward but so far the torrents of abuse he's received come from mainly one region. Seun is known for stirring up controversies once in an episodic manner on social media the post referenced underscore this point, it is either he is attacking religious beliefs of people or saying that Fulanis are hegemonists. Despite his level of intelligence he acts like a deranged individual sometimes. |
Nigeria to save over N300bn as FedGovt readies to scrap or merge 400 out of the 541 MDAs next year , in line with the White Paper of Orosanye Report. The CBN,NNPC and many other agencies won’t be getting budgetary allocations in 2023. |
A40:Nigeria have always been divided and it was that division that led to civil war what can be worse than civil war in terms of division? Moreover, you said the north wont vote another over their own all I needed to do to disprove this is to provide an example of it happening in the past which I have done the retort from you and other posers is just shifting of goalpost which I'm not interested in. Dont allow the cult followership of Buhari to make you think that the north doesn't vote for others, Buhari is a movement and the undying love the streets have for him is unrivalled, despite the likeness that people have for late Yar'adua and state machinery he couldn't defeat him in 2007 in the north. Atiku on the other hand is not loved even in his homestate of Adamawa the last election he struggled to clinch the state. Most northerners prefer a Southern President this time around that's why the likes of Osibanjo and Amaechi were preferred by those in Aso Rock over Tinubu prior to the Primaries, so stop saying what you dont know. |

At 1,300 tons, NNS Kada is the biggest naval vessel in Sub Saharan Africa. Second only to Egypt's Mistral Class Helicopter Dock Vessels (LHD). |
Jorginho on Thomas Tuchel's 'weak mentality' comments: "It was his feeling in that moment, he said that to us as well. We tried what we could to try and do our best. Unfortunately, it wasn't working anymore. The challenge now is to rebuild that confidence." |
Rabí' Ibn Anas said: 'Verily Allāh has made this worldly fire a source of light and radiance. It is also a source of energy for the people of the world. But the great Fire (of Hell) is dark like tar. May Allāh protect us from it. |
popizaino:Sand business for those in the construction sector. |
raumdeuter:In a country of 36+ states less than ¼ of them are viable this puts enormous pressure on the remaining ones due to no fault of theirs by and large, instead of us to put pressure on our elective representatives to make the remaining states viable we are blaming the overstretched viable ones. Let me us the Northern states for example who import largely through Lagos ports I was thinking what stops them from coming together to dredge River Niger and Benue and build other supporting infrastructures so that they can decongest Lagos ports and create jobs in the process for their people? How about resuscitating the numerous textile factories in Sokoto, Kano and Kaduna? Or investing heavily in wheat production in Jigawa, Kebbi, Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara and the likes? Kogi has the potential to produce cassava, cashew in commercial quantity but we are yet to scratch the surface. |
BlueRayDick:Gumi was chased out of Saudi Arabia by the authorities for terror related activities I think and his claim to knowledge is questionable at best he's only enjoying the reputation of his dad who is well loved by the people. He is a dangerous man. As for the arrest of the man I think he has been profiled long before his arrest. I wont say they haven't done enough with what I have seen and observed, just yesterday I was commuting through Abacha/Mogadishu Barrack in Abuja enroute to work in the morning I saw newly acquired armoured vehicles mounted on heavy-duty trucks for delivery. The military have not received the kind of support they're receiving under this administration since 1999 ask any military person you know and he/she will attest to this fact, you may argue that it is not enough or why are we not seeing tangible results then I will say results have started showing with arrests been made here and there and terrorists now running for safety due to heavy bombardments from our military and other security agencies. |
The number of people trooping into Lagos on daily basis is causing more harm than good to Lagos it puts more pressure on social amenities thus making any noteworthy achievement look insignificant, other states and cities need to up their game in terms of social, infrastructural and human developments. There is urgent need to decongest Lagos. |

The Labour Party Presidential candidate doesn't think climate change is a priority for Nigeria. His response to questions on green energy/energy transition and climate change was terrible. Someone should tell him that climate change is a NATIONAL SECURITY concern for Nigeria. We also have commitments to achieve our Nationally determined contributions, Net Zero target and energy transition. Strengthening adaptation and resilience is essential. Any candidate without basic knowledge of climate change science and Nigeria's climate action targets is not serious. Secondly, you keep using china as a model, but you don't know the Chinese are racing toward becoming a key player in the green industry era. https://mobile.twitter.com/Murtalaibin/status/1569034852934238209 |
Like I have always maintained there are lines you don't cross and once you chose to cross such you should be prepared to face any consequence that follows suit, we don't pick which line to cross at our convenience and not expect a pushback. To some it is their faith, ethnicity, family, source of livelihood, friends and others it is something other than those; I always avoid insulting the sensibilities of others but once you insult mine expect my reaction. |
This is one of the most difficult statements I have ever had to write - and it is one which I hoped I would not need to do for many years. I am devastated that my time at Chelsea has come to an end. This is a club where I felt at home, both professionally and personally. Thank you so much to all the staff, the players and the supporters for making me feel very welcome from the start. The pride and joy I felt at helping the team to win the Champions League and the Club World Cup will stay with me forever. I am honoured to have been a part of this club’s history and the memories of the last 19 months will always have a special place in my heart. Thomas Tuchel |

N4bn stolen from military budget to buy Abuja properties. Other security personnel are under investigation by EFCC & ICPC too. Money meant for security. @woye |
JUST IN: From a foreign trade deficit of N7.37 trillion in 2020 ,which was pruned down to a trade deficit of N1.94 trillion last year,Nigeria has recorded a whopping N3.2tn trade surplus in the 1st half of this year alone as export surpasses import to encourage diversification |
Mainz sporting director Christian Heidel: "With Thomas (Tuchel) it came out of the blue. The sacking is grist to the mill of those who are against investors in football. It was purely an investor’s decision. Someone who has no idea about football probably thought that sixth place wasn’t good enough for him and said: 'Then let’s try another coach. After only six games, I can’t think of any other reason. But Chelsea will bitterly regret this decision – they won’t get such a good coach again so quickly." |
Not all those who support a politician you like have sense. Not all those who support a politician you don't like are idiots. Idiots are idiots. Unfortunately, they end up tainting movements with their hypocrisy and vile utterances. Osaretin Victor Asemota |
