I suspect you are trying to watch your weight even while on your exclusive breastfeeding hence your increased appetite is your body's way of telling u to cut the crap and eat more until the baby stopS breastfeeding. A lot of ladies notice that the longer they breastfeed, the slimmer they become. Look it up. If u have gained any extra weight its from the pregnancy. Not the breastfeeding.

As in, you can spread those heavy meals over 5-6 times.
I eat a lot.
More than anyone in my family.
More than most of my friends.
Most days, I eat 2-3 times before 12pm. Especially on weekends or when I'm not working. I am slim and not even watching my weight.
