As the nation’s pop sensation, Wizkid, real names Ayo Balogun, is embroiled in a breach of contract scandal with some of his former high school mates, the aggrieved parties have exclusively revealed what he has been hiding – the circumstances surrounding his expulsion from his secondary school- Ijebu Ode Grammar School, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

Apparently in a fit of pique following his attitude and denial before police authorities, the ex-schoolmates and organizers of the concert, Olumide Adewale and Adetunji ‘ Najia Child’ Adedokun-Fernandez, have launched a ‘cold war’ against him revealing his ugly past.

The begrudged men revealed that it is not the first time Wizkid has been involved in such scam. They said that Wizkid was expelled from school for stealing school property.

When reached, Wizkid and EME publicist, denied all allegations. They explained that they did not take any money from anyone, and they issue of scam must have been done by impersonators.

Wizkid is yet to respond to the allegations of him expelled and stealing in school.

Before that trip was over, I took a step and confessed my love for him. And soon, we became a pair of lovers, but we loved each other in different ways. I always concentrated on him only, but by his side, there were so many other girls. To me, he was the only one, but to him, maybe I was just another girl…

“Vin, do you want to go watch a movie?” I asked.
“I can’t”
“Why? You need to study at home?” I felt disappointment grabbing me.

I kept reminding myself that I am going to forget him, that… it’s going to end. Then he came into my sight, holding a big doll

Vin: Jo, I thought you were pissed, you really came?
I couldn’t help hating him, acting like nothing had happen and joking around. Soon, he held out the doll as usual…

I grabbed the doll from his hands and threw it on the road.

After that day, I had to go through everyday with guilt and the sadness of losing him… And after spending two months like a crazy person… I took out the dolls.

Those were the only gifts he left me since the day we started going out. I remembered the days I spent with him and started to count the days… when we were in love…

“One…two… three…” That was how… I started to count the dolls…
“Four hundred and eighty four… four hundred and eighty five…” It all ended with 485 dolls.
I then started to cry again, with a doll in my arms. I hugged it tightly, then suddenly…

“I love you~, I love you~” I dropped the dolls, shocked.

Even though the venue had to be changed at the last minute, from Adetokunbo Ademola Street to DV8 Club, 14b Adeola Hopewell Street, VI, Concerned Friends of OJB, with OJB's consent, will tonight hold a fund-raising get together.

This is to act as an additional avenue to see that the needed funds are raised to save the music industry pioneer and legendary producer’s life.

A host of Nigeria’s brightest artistes including: Cool Dj Jimmy Jatt, Vector, Jaywon, Nomoreloss, Yemi Sax, Yemi Alade, Q Hunta, and many will be coming out to show love and support to OJB, at the OJB Must Live Concert.

Tickets to the event cost N1000 and will be available at the venue and all proceeds from this fundraiser event will be donated directly to OJB.

It is also important to mention that OJB’s management will be in charge of donations received at the venue of this event.
