I used to feel depressed when i was younger. I must say it is aweful then. I felt that there was no need to live anymore. I heard a message from a Pastor, that depression is an evil spirit and from the devil. I gave my life to Christ and got born again. Its a thing of the past now. I live every day, knowing that i was born for a reason. I never have a blue day anymore, cos Christ in me, the hope of glory.
No doctor can help you, they can only try, true help comes from God. My advice is that you get born again, and align your purposr with God's purpose for your life. There is so much with knowing who you trully are in Christ Jesus. Joy unspeakable would be yours. I encourage you to join a Church. Doing the time of my depression, i started attending Christ Embassy. Its not my church, but their messages are powerful and would really encourage you. I have been there and i know what you are going through. I would say a word of prayer for you.

You can determine the sex of your children. This can be done by knowing when ur ovulation date is. The man has the xx and xy chromosones, the woman has only xx chromosones. The y chromosnes is for male kids and runs faster but has a shorter live span, while the x chromosone is female babies and are sluggish and lives for long.

The idea is having sex a day before ur ovulation, or on ur ovulation day. This would give u a male child, the y chromosones would move fast and fertilize the ovary.
But if u have sex like 2/3 days before ur ovulation, the y chromosones would run fast fast and die, cos the ovary has not dropped, but the x chromosones would stay alive and fertilise the ovary wen it eeventually drops. This would result to a baby girl.

This system works, my aunt used it. But all in all, God is the giver of kids, and sex of a child does not matter.
