Liability: He persistent and saw everything as a challenge. I did all i could to avoid him. A day came, when he saw me with the man i loved. He couldnt stand it any longer. The issue of driving a car to me shouldn't be a big problem as long as there is a car made available to a woman with a driver anytime she likes to leave home then why should she worry about driving herself.

Every bad thing happens everywhere, the problem is whether or not it is a norm...
Female genital mutilation still happens in some obscure part of Naija but it is not a norm.. in this Era of enlightenment, it is scorned at by society... Does it happen in your village? hell no..... if I ask you to give me a name of a popular place or even any place at all where it is still practiced, you would struggle to produce one... Matter of fact, all the cases of female Genital mutilation I have heard of are in the 80s and 90s, you would hardly see a Naija woman complaining of Female circumcision in the last decade... count your blessings madam...

Forced marriage happens everywhere depending on circumstances, Early marriage is not neccesarily forced, you cannot say someone was forced to do something when he is not complaining about it... hope you catch my drift, some of this 16 year Olds are even happy they are getting married...
