There are different types of fasting, hence you have to choose which you want to undertake, as your body can carry you.

Okay, let me say this to clarify. Sometimes, i do 3days dry, no water, no food. The last one, i commenced by 6p.m on sunday and drank water on Wednesday 6.p.m, then continued 12 midnight to 6p.m the next day, every day.

If you really want to be serious you can't go eating food by 12noon.

Make sure you define your terns before you begin, or you'd just be starving and could end up with ulcer. Ask yourself the reason you are fasting, answer yourself.

Again, if you fast without praying, you are just on a hunger strike. You must engage the supernatural. You must pull the substance of what you need to become evidence.

Many of Jesus followers are in mental institutions hearing voices but he does not heal them. Many of his followers beat themselves because of guilt and sin but Jesus does not deliver. How can he deliver when his adherents commit the most sins ?

Are your surprised why people are leaving Christianity ? Why did you leave Christianity ? Do you see yourself remaining a Christian in 2019?

Where are these people who are leaving Christianity? Only in Nairaland? I go out for evangelism consciously approaching people, especially the young men, hoping they'd turn me away saying they didn't believe in God or that there was no God. But, they all listen and at last give out their numbers for follow up.

As my pastor would say, you need God's leading to do a lengthy dry fasting without food and water. Let baby Christians among these people not go and kill themselves out of ignorance

Dry Fast is the type that you commence without taking a sip of water till you break. Say you begin by 6a.m and break by 6p.m without water. But there's the wet fast where you take drops of water. these types goes on for a loner duration.

Say Oneweek without solid food, you can take water of light fruits.
