I so much this lady... She's a Legend

The Nigerian Naira's recent performance as the world's worst-performing currency is a complex issue with various economic and political factors contributing to its decline. Some possible reasons include:

1. Economic challenges: Nigeria's economy has faced difficulties, including inflation, currency fluctuations, and a significant decline in oil prices (Nigeria's main export).
2. Political instability: Political uncertainty and instability can lead to a loss of investor confidence, affecting the currency's value.
3. Monetary policy: Central Bank decisions, such as interest rate changes or currency interventions, can impact the Naira's performance.
4. Trade and investment: Nigeria's trade balance, foreign investment, and remittances can influence the currency's strength.
5. Global market trends: Global economic conditions, such as currency fluctuations and investor sentiment, can also impact the Naira's performance.

It's important to note that currency fluctuations can have significant effects on a country's economy and citizens.

Butter and margarine are two popular spreads used in cooking and baking, but they have distinct nutritional profiles. Here's a comparison of their nutritional differences:

Butter:

- High in saturated fats (around 70%)
- Rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K)
- Good source of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)
- Contains cholesterol (around 30 mg per tablespoon)

Margarine:

- Made from vegetable oils (e.g., soybean, corn, or canola)
- Lower in saturated fats (around 20-30%)
- Higher in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats
- Often fortified with vitamins A and D
- Typically cholesterol-free

Key differences:

- Saturated fat content: Butter is much higher
- Cholesterol: Butter contains cholesterol, while margarine does not
- Vitamin content: Butter is a natural source of fat-soluble vitamins, while margarine is often fortified

Keep in mind that nutritional differences can vary depending on the specific type of margarine (e.g., some may contain trans fats or added preservatives). Always check the label!

Dey play Jaga fanz
Una go learn the hard way

Sebi una dey watch WURA. It's promoting Homosexuality and the rest. So sad no one is talking about it. I remember in the late 90s. Ladies are not proud of wearing trousers back then. My grandma will show you pepper. Most ladies wear it on campus without their parents noticing. But now we wear it to minister in churches. Back then Deeper life bible church members will never have television in their houses and lots more.
I will only advise that we all train our children and let them know what sexual immortality means. Once you let them find out from you then you are safe.
Let me stop here for now

Sincerely, I do not know why people love this vegetable... To me the Yoruba Èfó rírò is far delicious compared to afan, Edikaikong or any other vegetable.

My humble opinion though
