My advice would be to send an email to the embassy and attach your admission letter.
If you have a letter of presence from your institution, you can attach it as well.

I did that and received appointment date in less than a week.

Please house I want to ask certain questions about Germany student visa
1) please is enrollment confirmation compulsory to be submitted during visa interview because some schools said you can enroll physically when you resume
2)if someone has been denied visa before (Poland) hope it won’t affect Germany student visa application
3)Is there possible to get someone to fund someone’s blocked account at a certain %, just like how they do Uk POF

1. Enrolment certificate is not compulsory during interview. They asked for mine in the AM.

2. It shouldn't affect your chances so long as yu have all your documents.

Original and 2 copies. For CV, motivation letter and admission letter and anything else you're printing you need just 2 copies. Also, print your appointment mail. One copy will do.

Good afternoon everyone,

I got admission to OTH for summer 2022 and the school sent me a visa letter addressed to the embassy telling them I'm needed in person and they should facilitate my visa process asap.

I have sent this letter to the consulate's email address shared on this platform since Monday but I'm yet to get a response. I called them this morning and the lady I spoke to told me my visa letter doesn't make me special , she was like is my appointment over a year now??and I should wait till whenever I get appointment date which would be over a year as stated.

please, I would like to know if anyone has experienced this before and is my visa letter addressed to the embassy from my school irrelevant?
