Back then, it was my dad that provided the financial evidence like his bank statement and pay slips. The reason for concern back then was that the money available for the trip was way more than his annual income, so he explained that the funds were gotten from savings and sales if some properties but he failed to provide evidence for these claims............. Presently now though, time has changed all these evidences are available ...sources of funds..... Banks statements, payslips and promotion /employment letter

To the extend that the tourist visa denial was not based on any criminal or fraudulent reasons, you don’t need to worry.
Just make sure you cross ALL the T’s and fit all the I’s this time around.

Study Gaps:
Will only be a problem if you cannot coherently explain the reason(s) for the gap.

Plus I am going for international relations, settling for the media aspect as an international affairs analyst, been interning at different radio stations since after graduation.... In the year 2012/13 my family and my self were denied a tourist visa. After a interview with school, it was raised as an issue for concern... Just want to know if this would count against me now in my new application.... Also would study gaps be a problem A reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you had gone through this thread properly, you would know that only you and your parents can be your sponsor and those are the only accounts you can use.
Any other sponsor should transfer the money to your account and you start your fresh 28days count.

New question please, my sponsor happen to have most of his funds in his fixed deposit and little in his savings account. Due to the fact that I need to submit his statement of account, does he need to liquidate the fixed deposit and leave it in his savings account for more than 28 days before I submit the bank statement or I can submit both the savings and fixed deposit together as proof of funds for my schooling?? seeing as the money in the fixed deposit has-been there for close to 6 months now

Nobody can tell you the exact documents your school needs but to be on the safe side, upload all the documents you are going to use to apply for a visa, then they will choose what they want since they didn't specify.

Secondly, working while studying is dependent on you and your pocket. You can choose to do it and you can choose not to do it. Get there first and decide.

I believe this is the UK study visa thread So how is it a wrong forum?? I asked the question hoping someone might have experienced it and advice me on the right documents to submit under visa and immigration documents section... I mailed my school already though (no response) . I wasn't literally told orally though , it was posted on the student portal.... So that's why I decided to come ask for help or advice here and not receive hostility......

Please kindly go manage your anger related problems and don't transfer it to someone else............. I asked a simple question.. The stuff was posted on the student portal, no webform for inquiries, furthermore I was asked for my passport as a different document on its own..... So I was or still am confused regarding the exact visa and immigration documents they requested for..... I am new here

I was offered an conditional admission for masters program starting September in the Middlesex university . The campus is at Hendon . I was told to pay €1000 as deposit before they issue me CAS number. Please, gurus in the house, I was told to upload visa and immigration documents (I don't know which exact document they need o) please does anyone know the exact documents??. I don't really understand. Can someone help me elaborate more on this. And secondly, is the University environments okay generally in terms of working while studying.

It seems Canadian government doesn't really get moved by a fixed account.... Most people that used it in the past got declined (and or low balance for other accounts added to the fixed account) if i am not mistaken but if your sponsored account is up to 12m and above and fixed deposit any amount then you have chance. All things being equal if all other documents are intact and convincing enough why not you are good to go

It looks like you didn’t show enough funds to cover your tuition and living costs for the duration of your study. Did you use a third party sponsor? Did you show enough funds?

Also what program are you going to study in Canada? Is it in line with your previous program of study? Looks like you didn’t convince the VO that there’ll be job openings available for someone with a degree in your preferred program.

Thanks...... I had a sponsor... My dad, he had a savings account of 4m and a fixed deposit of 10 m, also I put in for global business practices (human resources management and international business management) , I studied international studies and I have work experience in the media Industry.... But for my second application now I have decided to change the course to something more media related..... And also by God's grace been able to establish a little business that can serve as home ties... Just hope everything goes well
