Abeg, is the thing at PEF still ongoing, i contacted 2 people(one works at PEF, and the other has a friend who does) today, they both said the same thing( that nothing is ongoing)... Or is that they don't wanna help

Local man is tired
I think all this depends on the persons position in the organisation. If there is an open recruitment all man will know no matter the position. In the absence of an open recruitment, it now depends on your friends position in the organisation to be aware if anything is happening. This said, if your friend has a higher position to be aware of inside recruitment and he said noyhing is happening then maybe nothing is going on if not then push your buttons.
PS...whether he is aware or not i will advice you continue pushing your buttons in any inside recruitment, you never can tell.

One last thing!!! People need to be polite to each other, a lot of people visit this thread but never comment, you might disagree with people’s opinion but shouldn’t give you the right to insult anyone.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and you don’t know who is watching/reading comments this thread.

Please push your buttons don’t mind me. Apologies!!

I agree with what you said but it shouldnt also make you to comment like you know anyone here or people commenting here are saying rubbish. Its either you are one of the ogas or recruitment pass through you or you are a mere staff like i earlier pointed out but you chose to take the mere staff ish and comment on it and take offence out of it. Most of us here also know our way to the National Assmebly but choose to keep quiet or comment once in a while.

Lols ok I have read so many conspiracy theories on this thread, if I mentioned I was a staff then it’s a mistake which I didn’t want to disclose.

Lols if I also want a hide slot from people you think I would give all the informations I have giving?

Lols, also I have enough time to reply people today cos of the lock down and I am bored, I am usually just an observer on this thread.

Believe what you want, you can even go and pick up your own letter from the gate tomorrow.

Also I never said PTDF would not recruit but not immediately soon this year, a lot has to be done before the recruitment process.

You can also tell your contact to help you get a job as contract staff there, it’s easier and faster that way to get a job.

Also when PTDF recruit it will be like PPPRA.

PS. I am a Lady not a Guy
Whether you work there or not is somehow immaterial (no offence) with respect to underground recruitment except you are one of the top ogas or information on recruitment must pass through you. In the absence of that you cant 100% say they are not recruiting because an underground work can be happening which a mere staff will not be aware of. It will only come to your notice when the recruitment is done and you see new faces at work which by then it might be too late to advice someone to push.
Even the person you mentioned that is not around to sign, you might be surprised to find out that he has signed some codedly before travelling except you are the person.

You are not a straight forward man. You just said this evening that you work with PTDF which I can quote your comment to proof it. It shows that you are only after your own slot and wanted to discourage others not to try their luck and with your analysis now it shows that PTDF are distributing appointment letter.
Dont mind her. She is hiding something. She said ..." even we the members of the staff are not at work ..." and this was in respect to the PTDF.

Ncdmb will recruit when the move their headquarters from their 4 storey glass house to the new 17 storey building. If not for the supreme court judgement, PMB would have commission d building last week Friday.

As for OGFZA, I went there today on official visit.
D security is too much.. I don't think you'll have d access to submit CV if you're not connected.
All right thank you.

It depends on the company. Some trainees after the training can be absorbed into the company if there are vacancies and they are resourceful. The others, with their certifications and experience after the training, can apply to other companies. They have added advantage, because of their experience and certifications and companies that wants to hire them will not spend resources to do so any longer.
All right. Thank you.

No it's not guaranteed. It's usually based on need. If after the training there's a slot, then you're likely to be retained on a permanent basis.
I'm currently a beneficiary of the training in 2017 with an oil and Gas servicing firm and was lucky to be retained after the training, because there was a vacancy.
All right. Thank you.

Good day. Sorry I am seeing this late. It can be difficult combining your Job and the training, as people from the monitoring board (NCDMB) and the Operator Company do come for inspection time to time unannounced. However, weigh the options between the benefits on both sides before taking any decision. Kindly let me know if you need any further clarification. Remain blessed.
is there a possiblity to get apermanent job with them
after the one year training?
