As the topic says.....when my hands are idle I unconsciously find something and start breaking like small sticks,leaves and anything crushable. What might be the cause?

As a graduate where did you serve while serving do you make any savings? If yes you can just start POS business or other business that require little startup capital.

I haven't serve yet still waiting on it and yes comfort zone is draining me

I'm a graduate both NCE and BSc I haven't serve yet due to affiliation wahala. I stay far north in Adamawa. I don't have much skill rather than skill to hustle money anywhere anyday. I plan staying at ajah

Which of the above will be considered for a fresh graduate without any other source of income.

As a lady I still find it hard not to do kwaya (drugs). Bad influence I guess or maybe because I saw my dad and his cliques doing it so it rub off on me

Been to rehab couple of times, currently taking a counseling class although I haven't attended for like a week...

I find myself doing it although deep down I don't wanna, but it is something I can't help

Addiction is real and deadly
