The problem a lot of gym users, especially guys have is a mental health problem called "Bigorexia" or Muscle Dysmorphia.

That's an abnormal obsession with big muscles.

This is one of the dangers and toxicity of today's social media.

Body shaming, and glamorising weird and odd physiques... Making young men risk their lives by taking steroids.


These social media fitness guys keep telling lies that they gained so much muscle within a short time via diet and exercise alone, yet they all secretly "juice".


At the end of the day, a medium build with strong core is more than enough for any man! Not walking around like you have boils under your armpits.

It's not that they forget, they simply don't pay enough attention to it or see the excessive and pressing need to muscle up that part of their anatomy.

In other words, leg days are not a top priority for most fitness enthusiasts, except you are fully into Body building like those contesting for Mr. Olympia or wrestling.


Personally, I work out 5 days of the week, and try hard to put in leg workouts at least 3 of those days but it's quite easy to forget.

Also note that anyone who rarely wears shorts won't really be concerned about huge or thick thighs.
