God1000:
We pray for peace in the middle east

But I'm curious, both Israel and Lebanon are US allies, will America supply Israel with weapons to destroy Lebanon?
Supply both nations na!.

More Dollars to the bank of America! cool

Where there are no wars, trust America to instigate or fuel them.

Weapons must be sold! cool
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Is Sending More Troops To The Middle East As Violence Rises by Angelfrost(m): 3:47pm On Sep 24, 2024
Sigh... Another opportunity to look for "weapons of mass destruction". tongue

Last time they were in the Middle East, they shipped away lots of these "weapons" back to America...!

Trust America not to miss such a rare opportunity to bring "peace" and remove "weapons of destruction" from warring nations that have no direct business with them.

Whoever mocked or joined in mocking these people have a special place in the inner Chambers of hell.
I can never mock them, but they need to study and learn the Bible for themselves...!

Even the Bible clearly states that "let all things be done with decency and moderation".

It's okay to evangelise or preach, or even publicise church programs, but we must draw the line!

Let's not confuse or muddy the line between spreading the Gospel and constituting public nuisance.

I concur 100%, the other day I was approaching the security gate of my estate, I was only a few meters away from the gate and prepping the security men to open the barriers when the driver behind me overtook just to get into the estate before me. I was shocked but also not too surprised because whenever I am on Lagos road I assume majority of the drivers are mad.
Honestly, I have continued to wonder what possesses an average Nigerian when he is behind the wheels...!

Like, wetin dey happen? Especially once the road is clean and free of potholes.

If we had the quality of roads abroad, trust me, the accident rate would make Guiness Book of records dizzy with shock!

Part of the way forward should be to revoke many driving licenses, and insist on driving tests for all new drivers.

Even older drivers should be made to repeat driving assessments every year.

We don't drive in Nigeria we move the vehicles and attempt to hit anything on the road. We lack driving culture. Everyday I see it when driving. Many people just know how to move cars.

Lane changing anyhow, taking u turns anyhow , not knowing when yo give way. Impatience is another thing.

Drive outside this country and you'll really like it. Friends who come back home cannot drive, I'm the designated driver and dee as they hang on to thier seat belts and I consider myself sane
Brother, the insanity among Nigerian drivers is worth studying...!

It's actually strange!

Artscollection:
Dangote played into the tax collector's trap by building that plant there.
Those bandits have hijacked that state once known for it's excellence just because of greed and the painful aspect of it is that it's just someone from nowhere that is calling the shot. All is greed and greed.
Building a coastal high way of fraud to nowhere just to toll the road and surely will be family business. The real Lagosians are still sleeping and others that awake are been confused with the tribal shit! If you don't have any thriving business, a good paying job or leaking their smelling ass just know that lagos is not for you irrespective of your tribe.
Sigh... What exactly are you ranting off about now?!!

Is there anywhere in the developed world where major companies and corporations are not heavily taxed?!!

Dangote is a business man, whatever he pays as taxes will be reflected on the fuel price. Simple!

Henryfocoyo:
so calling out the drivers will stop them from driving reckless on the road.
If don't believe in prayers is fine but don't discourage people
Read to understand, not just to comment or respond!

I believe in prayers, but even your Bible says: Faith without work is dead.

Praying without needed or necessary awareness and warnings or counselling is the reason why Nigeria has more road accident deaths than less religious and praying nations like Japan and Singapore.

That's the same reason we have worse leaders and a dying nation compared to irreligious nations, which your prayer warriors flee to whenever they get the opportunity.
Politics › Re: PDP Shared Bread In Edo State (Photo) by Angelfrost(m): 6:56pm On Sep 23, 2024
Okay... So, what did Apc share that made them get more votes?!!

Since winning elections in this 3rd world Banana Republic has been reduced to how much is spent on bribing or inducing voters.

No wonder your leaders don't bother about performance while in office.

Winning at the polls always comes down to who spends the most!

That's why Tinubu will win by a landslide come 2027, no matter how well or badly he performs.

When my mum warned about "bad company", this was exactly what she was talking about...!

When I say more than 80% of Nigerian drivers (including those licensed and unlicensed) have absolutely no business driving even in a street, una go say I dey badmouth my country.

Most accidents in this nation are caused by recklessness and stupidity among our drivers rather than bad roads.

Sadly, many of you will rather pray against accidents or for journey mercies instead of calling out bad drivers.

At the bold, really?!!

Which nation's citizens are all over Instagram and Facebook celebrating and glorifying wealthy criminals?!!

Are they Americans or Japanese?!!

It's okay to be patriotic (or pretend to be), but there is really no need lying or deceiving yourself.

Political correctness can be irritating at times.
Politics › Re: Bandits Threaten To Kidnap Tinubu by Angelfrost(m): 2:57pm On Sep 23, 2024
SMH... Bandit Republic of Africa!

How big is Nigeria that lowlifes now have the boldness to be on social media and do what they like.

Kidnappers held students weeks back, and were tweeting with their phones, yet till date those criminals are still at large, and doing what they like!

If it's regular people protesting or criticising the government, security agents will be swift to apprehend and lock them away.

But the serious threats to lives and economic growth (criminals and terrorists) are unbothered and even mocking the leaders, while living stressfree in the same nation!

America, Canada, China and Russia that are more populated and far larger than Nigeria, such nonsense can never happen! Never!!!

I need a man who can bring "spice" to my life.

The husband is a bad boy who shouts, talks, never backs down from arguments and fights, raises hell!
Wife: He is too violent, troublesome, and insufferable! I need a man who is more peaceful, caring, and calmer!

I don't understand...!

You mean people will vote for an idiot or a thief just to spite someone who is leaving office?!!

Abi, is Obaseki the one contesting?!!

If you say his party (not himself) lost the election because the opposition had a superior candidate or leader, that makes more sense.

Whatever issues he had or has with the traditional ruler should end with him alone, and shouldn't inform people's voting choice in a democratic process that deeply affects their future.

Omo... The reasoning of many of you voting Nigerians really explains a lot why the nation has steadily declined for decades.
