That’s part of the problem, they enroll in multiple universities and get paid by all , that’s the malpractice FG tried to solve with IPPIS. Like I said earlier, everyone just wants an end to this impasse

They can and lecturing in two university is not a malpractise in as much they are visiting lecturer or contract lecturers in the second uni. The problem lies with the fg not recruiting unemployed and qualified youth into unis hence causing underemployment and over reliance on those lecturers in other institution.

Then after ur phd you might find a better offer that will pay more than that and also lecturing job will give you extra time to go into business inasmuch as you know how to manage your time. But above all follow that which makes you happy so as to have no regrets. Fulfilment is not always about money.
