If you compare the voting pattern of 2003, 2007 and 2011 with respect to Buhari, you will see that nothing has really changed. In 2007 Buhari had 6.6million when he contested against his fellow Northerners scoring 18.72%. Atiku had 2.64m votes (7%), while Yaradua had 24.64m votes (about 70%). In 2003 Buhari contested against a Southern Candidate Obasanjo, he had the same 12 million votes, while Obasanjo had 24.5 million votes. In 2007 AC(Tinubus) supported Atiku yet they couldn't even win the SW... I wonder whether the APC's follow trend...

What u fail to factor into ur aspersion is things has change base on the present situation of the country...Under those years u listed, the country was a bit safe and the economy a bit better..No card reader to checkmate rigging etc...I can't say for sure who will win but I hope GEJ lose

Nope, we borrow money but the questions is what do we spend that money on?..Is it visible for u to see?.. all the money borrowed is it used judiciously...My point is we borrow money but don't use it well...like America u used as an example, they borrow money but their economy is stable. America's debt profile is 17 trillion dollars with a foreign reserve of 129 billion,Britain's debt profile is 9.5 trillion dollars with a foreign reserve of 139 billion,China's debt profile is 3.8 trillion dollars with a foreign reserve of almost 4 trillion dollars. Nigeria's debt profile is 47 billion dollars with a foreign reserves of 32 billion dollars. Out of this 47 billion,9 billion makes up our external debt,which is about 5.5 billion up from 2005 when NOI left the Obasanjo govt. When she left,domestic debt was around 14 billion dollars. As at now,the federal govt owes about 6 billion of the external debt while the state governments owe the remaining 3 billion.

Our debt to GDP ratio is 12.51 percent,which is much lower than the 26 percent benchmark set by international standards for countries in our category. So what's all the big noise about? That being said,I know it's not a yardstick for us to keep accumulating debts but these debts come in different packages via bonds and treasury bills and some of them are being used to control money supply in the economy so as to reduce inflation,amongst other things.

The way Nigerians react to issues bothering on economics at times,could be so embarrassing. Most Nigerians act like we're the only nation in the world that borrows money. You guys should try and update yourselves on certain issues at times before debating on them.

All these country u listed are they stable or not?...Do they lack basic amenities?..Do they have power failure in their economy?...Are they oil producing country?...you see the difference now..while trying to defend Madam/GEj policy can u post the link where u got those debts of those country from

So today, Buhari came to Owerri peacefully and went without any hitch. When he left, nobody used water to wash the road. He was respected as an official contender for the post of the presidency. Rewind back to last week. President Jonathan was in Daura, Kastina state and when he left, the youths and elders were washing the road as if an evil came to visit them. They spited the office of the presidency! All these while, I have always been skeptical of voting Jonathan again because he was too "gentle" for me. But I also know that Buhari is not a better option for Nigeria. My reasons are these;

#1 He is retarrded
#2 He is a Muslim and an extremist for that one
#3 He is too old to rule Nigeria in the 21st century... All these his packagings are hogwash by those who want to hijack Nigeria
#4 He said that the full meaning of APC is All Progressive Confident shocked shocked shocked
#5 He has no certificate (Proven)... How can he rule Nigeria with so many professors around?
#6 He called INEC the Independent Nigeria Electoral Commission sad sad sad
#7 He is surrounded by crooks who wants nothing but their own selfish gains e.g Rochas Okorocha, Tinubu and Co, Amaechi
#8 He said that the name of his VP is Yemi Osunbade undecided undecided undecided
#9 He said that he will stabilise oil prices in the world lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed ( Confirm Madness)

Because of the above listed reasons and because Jonathan didn't perform as I expected, I decided to void my vote. But today in the evning as I was discussing with a Mallam that came to repair my shoe, guess what this man told me? That Allah has decreed that Buhari will win. He said that Jonathan won the 2011 elections because the Nothern people sinned against Allah and that Allah said in the Qur'an that anytime they sin, foreigners will rule them! I was like the Fucckk? He said that this was what has been preached to them all these while in their mosques sad sad sad.
The one that annoyed me most was that he told me that the Northerners don't need any education in order to hold any political post because they have a divine mandate to rule the world.

At this point, I wanted to go inside my house, boil hot oil and barbecue this illiterate fool... But the love of God made me not to.

So finally, I have decided to go and dust up my PVC again and VOTE DR GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN! This man is an Angel.... Believe me when I tell you so.... You need to listen to a Northerner and believe me.
