Don't get me wrong bro, Fashola works but for only the benefit of the few. He did build some certain areas and abandoned other areas because he might classify people living in those areas he didn't work as worthless to him and the NBL. If I were to manage 20% of the allocation of Lagos state and the 30% IGR, I will perform 2 times better than Fashola.
