No single individual is capable of changing Nigeria.

We all must join hands to change Nigeria and the trigger can only be structural changes. One clear option is implementation of true federalism in this country to promote ingenuity in value creation and healthy competition across the regions.

Until then, am still laughing at the change agents and ignorant Nigerians.

Once again as always feared and expected there is no concrete plan or whatsoever in solving the Niger Delta question.

All he said there are mere rethoric that we've been hearing since the first oil well was drilled in Oloibiri.

The Nigerian state had enough time to solve this problem but no one is interested and this calls for a sober reflection.

my queston is;
1. how does that affect rural voters in nigeria, who dosnt even have tv?

2. what singnificant impact does it have in electioneering in nigeria, since UK residents wll not be voting? indid, this is really a misplaced piority.

this was exactly what happend in Ekiti election between Fayemi and Fayose, while Fayose was busy politiking, Fayemi was busy politwitting!

APC have connived with INEC to rig the elections.This is a good decision from the army.APC have continue to insist on the Feb 14 date having favoured by INEC in the distribution of voters cards.If actually they are up to the tast,change of date won't be a problem to them,but they know that their shaddy deal with INEC will be exposed that's why they have continued to insist on the Feb.14 date.Elections in Nigeria have been holding between Match and April since 1999,why the hurry.Let INEC distribute all the voters cards to all eligible voters so that no one will be disenfrachised and whoever wins the elections knows that he merits it.APC stop crying foul.INEC should be given time to prepare.

Why can't you guys learn from Ghanas last election,that the country is bigger than two political parties.It was the same scenario as we are witnessing right now between NDC and NPP ,seriously it was as if after the election,there won't be a country called Ghana.But they handled the election and the aftermath in a very matured way.During campaign in Ghana,TV stations kept showing movies like Hotel Rwanda and co to remind everyone that nobody wins in violence.And offcourse the loosing party went to court.We all know the outcome.Let's just take it easy and channel our angers to a positive vibe.

It is clear that the so called 'change' slogan is all lies and deceit. The desperate struggle of all these greedy, self seeking, selfish and self centred crooks is all about their pockets.

The evil ones have disguised themselves as change agents.

It is high time every well-meaning south-southern stood up against the use of their resources and reserves for political negotiations, compromise, compensation to cronies and cabals, marginalisation (where south-southerners are left out in the allocation of oil wells in their land)

It is no longer news that a larger percentage of the oils are owned by northerners and indigenes of other regions, leaving the south to languish in abject poverty, unemployment, dilapidated social amenities. They are only compensated with menial jobs as contract and unskilled staff.

They are left to beg amidst plenty.

These anomaly wrecked by previous government; military and civilian, alike must be corrected.

The political strife, bitterness and desperation is all about gaining access to oil resources.

True federalism is what the south-south should stand for; and nothing less.
