I got updates today . Passport dispatched to Vo for onward delivery . Guess counter foil will be updated within 24 to 48hours on profile

Thank you for contacting VFS Canada Visa Information Service Centre in Nigeria.

Once you have received notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, you are to submit all passports strictly by Courier services ONLY. You can send in all required documents by the IRCC via a one-way courier process, using your preferred courier service agency (Red Star,UPS, FedEx, Dhl etc…) to the Visa Application Centre of VFS.
However, bear in mind that once the passport is ready for collection, after the process is completed from the Embassy, you will be contacted on how to make payment for the VFS in-house courier delivery process for passport return. For more details, kindly visit the website below and Feedback Email: www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/nigeria

Documents to include in the package:
International Passport ( per applicant)
A dully Filled and printed copy of Vfs consent form (2 copies) (attached) or https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/can/apply-visa
Passport request letter from the IRCC
2 copies of passport data page (phone number and email address written on it (per applicant)
Collection slip after biometrics (per applicant)
* Proof of payment for Package Transmission fee per applicant ( 9410 + 990 sms fee optional)
All passports can be sent to the application center in one package.
Note: if you are submitting your passport in the same Centre where your biometrics was captured for that particular application, you are not required to pay the transmission fee. For applicants below 14 years they are to pay for package transmission fee since they did not enroll for biometrics.

Pls pay for two way dhl courier . I used Abuja vfs .

Pls note abuja vfs takes almost two weeks to send to Accra . It’s cheaper but longer . If you send directly to Accra . It might be faster

depends on which vo u want to send to. if u use the vfs u used to take ur biometrics, just send passport with biometrics slip to waive the payment . mind u , using abuja vfs or lagos vfs is very slow.

you will get yours soon. PPRs are rolling out. just keep busy researching where u want to stay in canada, jobs and houses. it will distract u. i will say congrats in advance.

Today has been a very off day. I've been in a funk all day, not exactly sure why but the thought of everything is weighing me down.

I've cried my eyes out in the last few minutes hoping to feel better but i don't.

Applied as single. married in nov, 2019. added spouse before submitting application.

BIOmeterics; jan, 2020( spouse and i)
added baby around August ( docs, upfront med for baby, updated POF, etc) i didnt waste time waiting for ircc to give me space on profile to upload. sent via webform to ircc and accra VO seperately. atleast one must get it . it was updated in august ending.
ADR- schedule A- nov, 2020
Remed. recived in dec, 2020 done in jan, 2021 and updated in jan, 2021.( family of 3). expired jan, 2022
3 remed and PPR- feb, 3rd, 2022.
Lord was faithful through all. no serious Adr, just remeds. but im glad its over.

just waiting for passport to come back.

My advice, despite what is happning with express extry. just do all u need to do and place your self in pool. read up on PNP extensively ask questions as u read. dont just come and be asking what u need to do for EE. READ AND THEN ASK QUESTIONS. i used nairaland, canadavisa and irrc page.

I am planning on going through the PNP route. However I read on this forum that for PNP nomination my work experience must be in the last five years. The confusion now is that I only work from 2012 to 2015.

Please can I still use this Noc for PNP or should I use my current job and secondary Tutor NOC 403?

dirty as per they dont clean the planes or what lmao. Your pocket determines the airline you will follow. You can go for European airlines like klm, BA, Lufthansa. The cheap ones are Egypt and Ethiopia and are the longest ( Ethiopia air goes to addis ababa then Dublin to refuel then canada thats 23 hours, Egypt goes to Cairo then a 10 hours trip to Toronto) . For me destination is the koko nothing concern me experience.

Pls is Ethiopian airline a good airline to travel with . Some said they very dirty. Though it might not be everyone's experience.

I added a baby but honestly I can't even remember the exact forms . But I submitted forms , updated pof, baby passport and passport photo , upfront medical for her . I didn't waste time waiting for them to send me medical for her. It was updated and she was added in 2020. My VO was Accra .

Oh yes I also paid the family members additional fee . Think was 225cad. And uploaded it as well his webform .

Got PPR in Feb ,2022.




Advice , go through the forms and you will know what to fill and what not to fill .

Hello everyone, Congratulations to all that got PPR ...Y'all will receive your passports and land safe.I need help.
My ITA 23rd Dec 2020 AOR feb 27 2021.
I had a baby in July 2021 but I only got baby's passport 8th Mar. 2022 on same day, I got IRCC email for remedical for myself and hubby ,my first child's medical was not requested.
What we are doing now is to add the baby by Monday then we go for medical next week

I have sent 3 webforms to IRCC. 2 web forms to inform them we had a baby but we have not received passport and one to update my passport because the current on expired....I received no response to the passport update.
I called IRCC one time to also inform them about the baby and the agent sent me an email stating the process.
1. My question is which forms do we need to complete amongst these forms. Anyone who added a baby,which specific forms did you fill?
2. Do I wait for them to ADR or I should already include proof of payment, updated POF etc in the documents I am attaching?
3. Is it OK to have the upfront medical for the baby alongside mine or we need to wait for the request to come?
Someone please help me...I see different information online,just overwhelmed by different views.People please help me with simple answers and if there is anything else I need to know or do.

Thanks for the summary. Pls I want to confirm if you were receiving updates as your passport was going through each process or you got the whole info after completion. We submitted our passports (family of 3) via Abuja VAC on the 15th of February, got confirmation that same day that passport is in transit and till date, no other information. I've been tracking almost everyday, still the same passport is in transit.

i also submited via abuja vac on 21st feb and got tracking number same day. we would get notified once accra VO gets the passports. we are alot who submited in feb and yet still in transit.

they should ask daddy GO for the help

I sent my passport to Lagos vfs on 15th of last month. They acknowledged with the code on 18th, up till now its still in transit. What do I do pls? Must they take 6 weeks? Nigerian factor in everything Nigerian.

Nothing to be done but wait out the 6 weeks.

Just focus on flight , arranging accommodation and documents like DRiver Lisence and cv preparation .


I sent via Abuja vfs a week ago , be like they use leg to take the passport to Accra . So I occupy myself Wit stuff I need to know before I land

Submitting passport(s) to Lagos VFS
Gather all documents required by IRCC and VFS Lagos:
1. International Passport (2)
2. 2 Passport Photographs
3. Passport Request Letter
4. Height and Eye Colour Chart
5. IMM008 for those with a change in family composition
6. 2 CVAC forms each for every family member. (If there are 3 people, you’ll need 6 forms). Fill page 2 and page 4 (the part that says not wishing to give biometrics). Fill for minors, use your email address if they don’t have any and sign for them
7. 2 photocopies of every family member’s International Passport. (You can staple this to CVAC form like they did with the ones given to us after biometrics)
8. Biometrics Slip to avoid paying for transmission fees. This is for those that did biometrics in Lagos and are sending Passports to VFS Lagos
9. Proof of Transmission fee payment (N7,430 per child). SMS notification payment is optional. Make payment to: Account name: Canadian Logistics Collection Account
Bank: Sterling bank
Account: Number:0065165839

Put all documents in an envelope and proceed to DHL or any courier of your choice and pay for a one-way delivery to: VFS Global, Canada Visa Application Centre - Lagos

I don’t know why some of you treat the matter of your profile with so much laxity. You know ur profile is about to expire why not withdraw it and create a new one immediately. That’s how my friend missed the oinp draw that was just done. Now this other person is coming to ask “what do I do” … didn’t you know your profile was soon going to expire And u left it. When you want something in life, you stay sharp and be ready to grab any opportunity. May God help us not to miss opportunities

Honestly , once profile expires, that’s the end . You won’t be able to transfer NoI to a new profile . You can ask the province that sent you it though .

Profile only becomes locked once ITA has been accepted .

No need to upload the medical sheet . Once the Hosp submits , they will process and update your profile . I got remed as well . It was updated within 3 days .

Wasn’t an adr . Was wen I was adding my baby . I sent updated PoF. So husband had to transfer to me to make up the PoF . ( think I should edit that post to bank transfer not deposit )

After I did loe and stated it’s savings from husband .
