When a club, school, work place or any legal institution conduct Medicals for a prospective player/student/employee, whatever result you get is between you and that person.

I served in Ebonyi state and I know how promiscuous they can get. A jss2 student in my ppa got pregnant at the time, who knows if she had contracted some infection or something else as a souvenir.
