Step 4:Apply in person at Driver's Licence Centre (DLC)
Step 5:Pay the Licence fee online or at the Designated Banks
Step 6:Present your form to the Board of internal Revenue Officer or VIO at the DLC for endorsement

Hmm...i do my brother. I just tried to teach them the alternatives available for them. One problem we have in Nigeria is that we easily create apathy in situations that do not necessarily need it!

For all problems, alternatives abound...

There is sawdust stove, gas cooker, charcoal stove, & so on! Must we buy kerosine? Must we cook with our kero stove? It is even the most (financially) expensive among all! Gas is cleaner & far cheaper; sawdust is so cheap to obtain! Our problem is docility...we want the status quo to remain! When the trend change, then we change with it, not to let it crush us! We can even put these criminals called oil marketers out of biz, & end this torment of queueing all day @ NNPC stations and end up with insults! The pic above is an example...
