Thank you, I submitted my parent’s passport to Vfs by myself, now I want to pay for one way courier service for pick up
- I called the customer care line for days!!! no one is picking up
- I don’t have any submission confirmation slip, I wasn’t given any.
- is the courier price written on the website for one passport or a package of multiple passports.
- My elder brother went to pick up the passport today and the refused to give him, said either we do courier or my parents come in person, the refused to give my brother information on how to pay for courier, the referred him to the website
- There’s no comprehensive method of doing the courier collection on the website.
- do I just go to DHL and tell them to pick up for me, how do I go about.

How many days after submission of passport did u receive a message that it has been recieced by processing office please? Also did you do physical submission or by courier?

Please how long after submission of passport via vfs Lagos and receiving update that it has arrived Ghana and it has been forwarded to “Canada visa office”can one start expecting it back in vfs Lagos? How many days or weeks ? Thanks
