WES is saying your certificate is not recognised/equivalent to a Canadian degree. You should try another evaluating body or do a fast paced masters program then evaluate the master.

But try another evaluating body first if funds are available.

Visit visa at this time is taking quite long to process, if I'm correct no less than 200 days and knowing Canada you might not even get the visa. If the man is serious let him come to Nigeria, marry you then go back and file for you. Patience is key for anyone that wants to go to Canada these days.

Branch is good but you can't get 100k at first try, if I'm correct I think you can get 5k or so at first try, not too sure.
