On your dashboard, click on the 'BILLING' tab, now scroll down and check the bottom left of the page. See what information is there regarding your billing cycle.

It's also possible that no invoice was generated for you because you had already paid last month before the free credit was given, so it will be applied to your account this month.

I normal receives the invoice on 1st of every month.

Starlink will eventually reduce the price, as they did everywhere (except US).

I had rather pay with Dollar card.

They intend to charge 38000/month.

Buying for black market will be around 33000/month.

This ehternet is showing around 26 thousand Naira before now. The price at checkout is 57 dollar.

Starlink do Direct to customer type of business. So people should always take extra care when going outside of starlink boundaries.

If you are having unique challenges, and you are 100% sure that you have tried everything possible and done everything correctly, it's possible that your unit or cable is faulty. You need to contact Starlink as soon as possible and lay your complaint. If I were you, I would request for a replacement.

Even the AMERICANS paying 110$ per month don't get proper customer support, so they don't care, take it or leave it's up to you. That is there way of running the business.

No there is no obstructions

There consultation is in development stage, so service will get better as more satellite come online.

The service is great, if it works. But from my experience they don't have good customer support. That said, if the service or any of the hardware get issues, know that you're on your own. It take more than a week before support reply to my issues.


1- there support is a bot, take longer before you get human intervention.

2- there consultation is getting better.

3- the app make always State the state of your service Offline, Online, Searching, Obstructed with more information in the statistics section of the app.

4 - I did enjoy the service, while the service is better than anything I have tried, I don't get the promise speed and latency. ( I have to wait for more satellite to get to their orbit, so that my area will be served better) at least that's what the bot told me.

Starlink Internet is good only if it works.

I know people are getting 100+ mps, 30 mps down is my average.

They only accept dollar, not naira as they advertise. Naira card can't make the payment.

Split payment is not something official on AliExpress platform (at least not for Nigeria)

Installment payment is more official term in business, this is also not available to Nigeria, but they are not the same.
Mostly you Explain your self more and more until you make the seller understand if he no agree move to another seller (that you will make the payment in full today, only that your card is limited to ........ something like that.) Most of the seller will agree and give you a way out, but again the process is not street forward on the platform.
Most sellers will give you a link to which you make the payment, some May ask you to BID the product, then they reduced the price for you if it's not that much.

A seller may agree to split the payment for you and decided not do it for me.

The limit is high several thousands, there is no CBN subsidy on the Card, so limit is not of concern, the Black Market Price of the $$ is.

No, of course not. You can use your card on the last day of a month ( eg³⁰), and use again on the first day of the next month. Limit is set first of every month (did not depends on the previous month).
