If you do not have anyone, you would have to go for a company which does it for you. Their costs greatly vary from $27-200. I did it for $23 from gcmsnow . com

Technically, there's no difference, but online is usually faster in processing and the procedure of applying is pretty straightforward. That's my personal opinion though

When did you send your papers? Colleges in Toronto are not the fastest ones responding, but Centennial is usually more or less fast (4-5 weeks).

Yes, you have to send them separately 100%
