How do you sell sir.I pay first then you credit me or vice versa.If I have to pay first then its straight up scam but If we can meet so you credit me before I pay then it could be real.Besides drop your number.Not everyone gat this ping of a stuff.

Up till now Glo hasn't done anything about my over 1Gb they erased.I give them a few more days & I'll have no option than to port & as well join any Glo sim breaking thread.

Fajzay: What I would think is let the federal govt put their auto factories in place and have their cars sell for their so-called N1.5M. Lets see who will go for tokunboh when / if you can get a brand new for that price (if its possible).

Just because you can afford doesn't mean everyone can.70% or even more of Nigerians may only be able to afford cars below N1M.A lot more in that figure can only do cars of like 600k.

1.The tokunbo market creates far more employment than brand new car plants can ever create.

2.The Toks market creates employment for all classes of people be it rich or poor,literate or illiterate but the brand new car plants will only enrich the rich further & will employ mainly the highly skilled & expert graduates.

3.Toks is more affordable to all be it the rich,poor or middle class.There are sound toks cars of 600k but brand new from 1.5M.

4.Toks have cheaper parts & the parts market creates much employment e.g Ladipo.You can buy a toks shocks for about 20 to 30k but the Japan original version of the same shocks is from 100k to 200k.

The OP is perfect reason Android data should be cheaper than blackberry.

I was using their #124*4# initially but they stopped it & I started using their new #122# & since yesterday evening it won't work anymore.

The worst is that they've stopped all the codes that can check your data balance.Now I can't even check my data balance since late yesterday till now.I just loaded airtime now & there's no way to confirm if they even gave me the 30MB.

I can confirm this report as totally true without any atom of lie cos I'm the worst hit & because I had about 1130MB accumulated for over 2 months loading airtime on frequent basis all wiped out as at today without any trace.

The last airtime I loaded 2 days ago said I had data validity till 10th being tuesday next week & today is yet 6th & my MB is gone just like that.

diportivo: i am not a guru...thence i dont know what a two-way remote is..kindly pardon my naivity.but i had an aftermarket keyless entry remote installed on my nissan altima when i still had it,and if anyone should dare open the door without first unlocking with its remote,the horn will set off,and keep going...not intermittently mind you...if the burglar likes,he should bring a truckload of magnet;the whole neighborhood will wake up as soon as he pulls the handle.i myt be wrong,but if the factory alarm isnt chasing burglars,you 'could' try an aftermarket......just my thought

Sir please could you help us better cos we are not all car tech gurus.We are just learning & google is not helping us much.What exactly is aftermarket remote & how does it work.How does it differ with normal remote car alarm.

Cos toyota brainboxes hardly spoils....dat small fin cost 40k bro....I had toeven beg for dem to accept dat price..as I came into d shop I asked for only brainbox but d shop attendant was askin about if I wanted to by it wif controls and side glass...

Ridiculous!! If these chaps are offering the brain box,controls & side glass together,then it sends a clear message of collaboration with the vandals or probably they're the very culprits themselves.If its in developed countried they'll be arrested & investigated.

I got a tip from my rewire technician that another way to beat these criminals is to engrave your vehicle number on those items they normally loot viz the brainbox,side controls etc.This is because they know nobody buys those items once there's number embossed on it.What do you think?

Otherwise it's open season which means available for vandalism

American brand is about the same to the best of my knowledge except I'm missing something here.

Sir, I don't want to learn how to burgle cars.I don't need that info.Read the OP again.If you know how buglars burgle cars & this is not a good place to say it then just use that knowledge to teach us how to stop buglars.Thats what this thread wants to address.

Your have prescisely described what's been happening in my area with 100% accuracy.The funny thing is that they've vandalised about 3 corolla cars in my area in the exact same way you described.Its amazing that you are the only one that really seems to get a feel of what I'm describing & its also amazing they told you the same thing about magnets which they also told me & which nobody seems to agree here so far.

Siena: There's no more light to throw on the magnet theory - a magnet won't disable the alarm. If you want to go with the Nigerian "rewire" theory, fine. The same guys who say coolant thermostats are designed for cold countries...

The summary and purpose of the thread is to find out if its true the car vandal crooks use a sort of magnet to bypass the car alarm & how they do it OR if there is any other means they use to silence the car alarm & loot.Please your inputs are desperately needed.

adanny01: All cars in my area 2 years ago were burgled the same way. I lost more that anyone. I lost my really beautiful wallet given to me by an expatriate with 10k in it, car stereo, car battery, a pair of shoe, front grill, tail lights.

All cars had that small glass on the rear door broken. Only one car was not broken into probably because it doesnt have that small glass (Honda accord 96, bulldog).

It is good to know why alarms dont go off.

Sir, thanks for your input.Are you implying that those cars had alarms that didn't go off? Does this confirm the rumour that the crooks use a kind of magnet or why in your view do you think the alarms didn't go off? that's really what we want to find out in this thread.Besides what cheaper car security solution did they resort to in your area that stopped the menace?

Please I need honest advise from people that have experience of car security alarm.There is recent trend of constant provocative vandalisation of cars in my area that its needful to take immediate action before outright theft of our cars.The crooks break the smaller section of car glass window and gain access into the car and loot power windows,brain box, and all lootables within the car & stuffs like side mirrors etc.

The car security alarm which is more affordable should readily forestall this theft but major concern is that there's been word making the rounds from many sources that the car security alarm is deactivated by some sort of magnet.My rewire said its true but sellers say its not true.Please I need to know if anyone has had first hand experience of Car Alarm & magnets.We need this alarm security urgently in my entire neighbourhood but sceptical regarding the magnet decoy threat.Please help with your advise so I know if I should buy urgently tomorrow or consider other car security choices.Thanks in advance.
