PoliticsIs Nigeria A Failed State Already Or About To Become One? by Anoneism(op): 7:23am On Feb 11, 2016
IS NIGERIA A FAILED STATE OR ABOUT TO BECOME ONE?

Before now I find it very difficult to
accept or come to terms with the notion
or view that 'Nigeria is a failed state'.
Often times I do hear political
commentators and democratic disciples
branding Nigeria 'a failed state'.

Like I said earlier, I personally do not
agree with this view but coming across
a succinct, simple, concise and well
elaborate definition of a failed state my
view and stands changed drastically.
Below is the definition:

"A failed state is one that is unable to
perform its duties on several levels:
when violence cascades into an all-out
internal war, when standard of living
massively deteriorate, when the
infrastructure of ordinary life decays,
and when the greed of rulers
overwhelms their responsibilities to
better their people and their
surroundings"(culled from Chinua
Achebe's 'There was a country').

Going by the definition above, can one
conclusively say that Nigeria is a failed
state? Please I urge all respondents to
be civilize in airing their views because
this issue has to do with the state of
health of our dear country.

PRISTINEMUSCLES:
Take heart for the loss of job but i must point this to you. You are sounding too desperate. Trust me, no employer would want to take the risk of employing anybody based on his/her predicament/challenge rather it will be purely based on the value(s) the person is bringing to the employer's company. You did not sell yourself well. I rather you modify your post by adding your skills, work experience and possibly ur achievement(s) so far in your career and you never can tell, an employer or hr personnel might just answer your "call".
Wow! Very true. Thanks I will do that ASAP.

Jobs/VacanciesI Am In Dire Need Of A Job, Please Help! by Anoneism(op):
I am a graduate of Political Science with over one year work experience as an Operation Officer. I possessed a very strong organizational skills that would be very useful to any organization. My strength lies in all the administrative work that goes into making any business a success. I am knowledgeable in various aspect of administrative work; handling customers inquiries, ensuring all systems within the organization are running smoothly, training new employees if need be, maintaining records and communicating with forces inside and outside the office.
Additionally, I am a fast learner and possessed an excellent competitive mind-set. A computer literate and quite familiar with the various MS Office Suites.

I lost my job last year November 2015. Although I wasn't earning much there but it was better than staying idle at home.
Right now, I am seeking employment in any organization that can give me a clear cut career path regardless of the pay. I am willing to work as an Intern, Volunteer or Graduate Trainee.

Many thanks to as many of you that will offer to help. The good Lord bless and increase you.

Dallas is the 9th largest city in the United States. Just north of the city center is the High Five Exchange…a 12 story, five level roadway intersection that has 37 different bridges.

What is an engineering marvel where you live?

Describe this in three words.

PoliticsRe: Faleke, Audu Drag APC To Court, As Party Confirms Yahaya Bello by Anoneism(m): 7:44pm On Nov 30, 2015
Yahaya Bello has been scammed! He should watch it because I suspect coup from Faleke's camp.
My perception is that, While Yahaya Bello is there to defeat PDP in court in terms of legal justification, Faleke would just step in to snatch it from Yahaya Bello thereafter.

Don't know the guy's name and I'd like to have the link to the first song, "we reign in you" if anyone has it.

Then number 5, 6 and 7. In that order.
Steve Crown is the name of the guy that sang that song.
Please it is not 'we reign on you' but 'we wait on you'.
His two hit-tracks are; we wait on you and you are great.
