If that happens while you are still alive you will laugh still but if it does when you are dead then you will cry throughout eternity in torment of hell! The Parable of the Good Samaritan 25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”
28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.” |

I bet the owl will now be his bogeyman for the total collapse of government in the state. Security is at an all time low and fun seekers cant even have a good time at night anymore. Cultists have overrun the capital, yet the idiot is still busy with this unnecessary drama.
Ikpeazu is a hundred times better than Ortom, and I'm not exaggerating. If you doubt it, confirm from Kyase or SamuelAnyawu. His incompetence stinks like a skunk.
Don't blame him though, I blame Akume who was so desperate to have a puppet occupy government house, that rather than have Jime in 2015, he went for Ortom who defected after pdp had denied him their ticket. Atayis: brother, you can read my posts on Nairaland, you will know that I am not lazy. Currently, I am a teacher who teaches in a private school in Ibadan, but the amount I collect is meager. I hate begging but I couldn't help with this. I have written two English textbooks for pupil who are to write Common Extrance Examination and BECE, however, I do not get money to publish. My friend and I wrote a novel; we gave it to traditional publishers in Ibadan. we were told that they are profit - oriented. So they couldn't help. Presently we are trying to get it published on the internet. please, I am not lazy. I just need the money presently. As a Christian, you will probably have read that Apostle Paul, who wrote the majority of the New Testament books, worked as a tent maker, which must be a tedious, physical and labour intensive job.I remember Awolowo working odd jobs to pay his school fees. While waiting to make money money from your literary efforts, find something else to make money from- no matter how little and demeaning it may seem. www.nairaland.com/attachments/4160987_image_jpeg_jpeg6f95b5e7a24ad4fc0808d6698fd37362 |

MrTruth4real: But does it make sense that they are building a rail line from Lagos to ibadan for 5yrs now. I don't think the kaduna Abuja rail took that long. Apart from that, should they not have completed the Lagos-Ibadan road in the five years they have been continuing where the previous administration stopped. Previous Govts Initiated ‘Most Of The Things This Administration Is Doing’ – Adesina
A majority of the projects the Muhammadu Buhari administration is working on was inherited from previous administrations, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity has said.
Mr Femi Adesina said this when he appeared on Channels Television’s special Independence anniversary programme on Sunday.
“Most of the things this administration is doing – 60 to 70 percent of them – were initiated by previous governments,” he said.
“That shows you that in the past a government will come and say ‘this is not our project’ And it will discard what was being done and start fresh ones.”
As a result, Mr Adesina said there are many half and quarter-completed abandoned projects. But rather than abandon the project, he explained that the current administration will complete it.
An example is the Abuja-Kaduna rail project which the Presidential aide said was up to maybe 60 to 70 percent complete when the last administration left.

Speaking at a Town Hall meeting in Abuja, the former Rivers State governor said his Ministry did not meet any comatose project on assumption of office.
He said the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration continued the projects of the previous administration because “We realised the impact of the recession.’’ Amaechi noted that the Kaduna-Abuja railway was nearly 80% completed by the Jonathan’s administration.
He said, “In the ministry of transportation, we did not meet anything comatose. We met an attempt to bring back our rail services.
“The Kaduna-Abuja railway was nearly 80% completed which we commissioned and commercial services have commenced.’’

The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi on Friday apologised to Nigerians over the suspension of the Iju-Abeokuta free train ride during the 2019 general elections.
Amaechi tendered the apology during the monthly rail inspection of the Lagos-Ibadan modernisation project in Ibadan. He said that the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) suspended the three months free train ride due to security and safety of passengers.
It was suspended by the Chinese and the excuse they gave me was that they cannot allow it run because of safety, since they have not completed the second line but they are almost through with it.

YeraKay: The annoying thing is that, we don't even know how much they are paid, can u imagine You don't know because you are not interested to know. Confirmed: Nigerian senators receive N13.5 million monthly, apart from salaries
The senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has revealed that he and his colleagues receive N13.5 million monthly as “running cost.”
In an interview with TheNews, Mr. Sani said that the running cost does not include a N700,000 monthly consolidated salary and allowances which they also receive.
Details of the interview were published by SaharaReporters on Wednesday.
“I think what we can say is that the running cost of a senator is N13.5 million every month,” the senator said.
He explained that though there is no specification on what the funds was meant for, each lawmaker is mandated to provide receipts to back up their expenses.
Mr. Sani explains, “But what I am saying is that that money (N13.5 million per month) must be receipted for what you do with it. But what you are given to go and spend without any accountability is N750,000.”
The lawmaker also spoke on the controversial constituency projects for federal lawmakers.
“The constituency project itself is given on a zonal basis and almost every senator will go with a constituency fund of about N200 million, but it is not the cash that is given to you.
“You will be told that you have N200 million with an agency of government for which you will now submit projects equivalent to that amount. And it is that agency of government that will go and do those projects for you.”
