I use Shea butter for my baby and her face is lighter too. Don’t mind them busybody jare.

Some people are like that ma,I have a friend who visited me two days after CS in the hospital and throughout her 1hour stay all she talked about was my tummy and my look.
I ignored her because she does not have a child yet.

Thank you so much ma,I really feel so relieved exactly what I thought it wasn’t easy in pregnancy my tummy was so big...a family friend has no other job than to body shame me whenever she sees me that my tummy is big but I tried to ignore her always.now I eat well so I can produce enough breast milk for my babies even if they feed on formula..

Next time she does it.....don’t have pity on her, give it to her hot hot! Let her learn her lesson. No be only body shamers get bad mouth.

I suggest you heat it before consuming. I doubt you can eat it with bread like sardine ooo. It’s just tomato sauce n fish. I will say you add little pepper n use it as a fish sauce.
